Awesome video, sir. I'm definitely going to attempt this. I need to drain a little fluid out my transmission. The last shop definitely overfill it and when it's hot, it shifts a little weird. Could I just remove the filter and throw some out? BTW, you've just earned a new subscriber.
You will only lose alitte over 1/2 quart with the filter. I would wait and drain alitte out when the fluid is cold at the Drain Plug. Thank you for Subscribing!

@travissingletary4237 It can be a number of things. I would get a quick diagnosis check done on it to save you some time. If you know someone that has a Cummins In-sight that would be the way to go. The Dealership may charge you around $150-$200 but least that way you will know for sure.

You want to service your Transmission every 100,000 mile. Use TES 389 Fluid.

It's an Automatic Transmission and it takes about 12gts.

That's a good question. I would say providing if someone is doing this job without a lift. It would take me at least 1.5 hrs

No Sir, The CT10 is a different setup.
