- I bought a new camera amd microphone so I can finally step up the video quality on the channel.
I went with the Sony ZV-E10 for cer and a Hollyland Lark 150 for my mic.
So far I'm pretty pumped with the results but more fine tuning to come. Thank you for the support and let me know what content you would like to see!

Tanglefoot Brewing is a small Czech lager focused brewery in Temple, TX. In 2021 the brewery opened in the back of my family's BBQ restaurant that had been operating for 53 years. The restaurant has since closed and Tanglefoot has now taken over the entire space. This UA-cam channel was started to document the process of opening, running and growing a small craft brewery.
The brewtube is loaded with videos of guys talking hops, comparisons, gear and recipes. To me, your videos stand out because of your very specific segment: the brave dude struggling with the mess of starting a brewery, running his brew pub. There is something humane in your content that I don't find so much elsewhere and that keeps me clicking. As a European, I also get some picturesque vibes of the American way of life from your videos. I know that sounds cliché but I like it :) Keep on a great work mate!

Same here. More on the reality of the brewing side instead of the technical side. Which is great. We now get both sides of the same coin of the brewing industry.

Stepping up my game as well. Haven’t dropped money on a new camera like you but just my phone and a tripod/gimble. Opening up some new content as well. New mics are what I’m looking into next. Hope all is well. See ya in a few weeks!
Ya, the mic was the most annoying part when I was filming. Couldn't ever get clear audio and the kegerator wpuld turn on during a rant and screw it all up ha. Definitely like the hollyland so far.

I do too, just hard to do with the brewery since I don't experiment with production. Could do some smaller examples tho. 🤔
