Hey guys, we went out today and filmed a short cinematic video test with the Sony ZV-1. What an incredible little camera. I originally bought it for vlogging, but it has surprised with me its amazing ability to capture cinematic video in such a small body. The 4K image is sharp, and the colours are very nice. Oh my god，I had watched like hundreds of test footages of ZV-1 after I got this camera ，so far you are the best ，I probably wil think this was took by A7s3 or A7m3 if you didn't tell me this is zv-1. zv-1 is my first video camera ，I also bought a wide lens and a crane M2s gimbal for this camera，currently i don't have enough money for a full frame video camera，I hope i can use this camera very well
May I ask which picture profile did you use for this test footage，cine 2 or Hlg or S-log ? or any special setting ,thanks

I know im late but how do you render them so clear and transfer footage so clear ive been getting quiet blurry footage when copying the files over to my desktop
It may be your monitor or laptop. It may not be able display 4k video well
Oh wait i found out the problem its because im not using a microsd card reader do you use one of those?

I watch too many videos to make sure it’s the best choice for me to buy ZV1 .. I noticed the color is not good enough
In the beginning of your video i was really confutable with colors i think you shooting with a7s and we can till the different between them

Hello, I think it’s a great budget option. I generally use the ZV-1 as a C-cam for shoots. The intro was filmed on A7SIII. A great hybrid option would be the A7IV.

My ZV1 just stops filming after a while - it could be 3 minutes or 5 minutes, something like that. This is very annoying and I wonder if this is normal?

Footage is great but you messed up at post production. Too much exposure and/or contrast reduction. Footage looks very dark. No idea why you overdid what that.
