HOW TO lower your brand new 2023 Polestar 2 Performance - the DIY and dirty way

One of our guys bought a Polestar 2 Performance. Few days later we stared to lower it. We had a lot of questions but could not find any information or other videos about lowering this car. Therefore we made this thing!

thanks for taking the time to make a video , very helpful! I had big trouble with poping the balljoint , I had to lower the subframe to give an better angle for the ball joint to pop out .

I also had the same problem as you! I jacked the hub up like them wrapped a chain around the front of the strut, so then i let the tension off the hub it tilted the angle just enough to pop the ball joint out. They are starting out on a performance so its already lower i think thats why it was much easier

80nm for the axle bolts is TOO MUCH!! Snapped both of mine. Proper torque for those should be 35nm and then a 90 degree turn with some blue thread locker. Same as all other volvos for that matter
