Wow, you have a beautiful family. A gift handmade is worth so very much more than money can buy. Wonderful piece of work.
Your patience is second to none , I love my woodwork projects but not sure if I would attempt that, your work is amazing
I wish I could get that time back, with my daughters. He's a cute/playful kid and very interested in hanging out with Dad in the shop.
Great job!
Thank you!!
That took the patience of a Jedi! Very cool!
Absolutely gorgeous little boy, and lovely portrait, a future family heirloom
Thank you Carol!
Wow! This is amazing and impressive work. I loved it so much that now I have to try to do something like that myself. Wow! I am blown away.
You did an awesome job on that John! 👌I can’t Imagine cutting all those pieces! As always thank you for sharing!
That looks amazing! I need to do something like this for my two girls! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! The time invested will seem well worth it when I look at these years from now.
A beautiful portrait of each of your children. They will appreciate them and hold them dear their entire lives.
I still think the concept is insane. Looking good.
Thanks Benjamin!
Great job and amazing patience!
Great job! This was really cool. I love that you also have a picture of the office 😂
Haha good eye!
Wow! that's fantastic. What a gift.
Thanks Andy!
Wow that’s amazing looks beautiful great work
Thanks Jim!
Fantastic work on that amazing mosaic John! Now that's what I call a real keepsake for your children! Way to go!! 👍👍👏👏
Thanks a lot Steve!
Awesome job
Amazing 🌿
Very nice work.
This is great, man. One of the more creative things I’ve seen in a while.
Thank you Lincoln!
How amazing! I would love to learn to do that! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks!
That's a real work of art, John! Really amazing job!!! 😮
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
WOW!!!
Dude! That is amazing! You to make beautiful babies.
Oh no you don't! You fished me in last time, I'm not falling for it again!! Well... maybe eventually, but not this soon! Awesome job (and I mean that even more, now that I've done one, myself)!
Haha thanks Dale! I don’t think I’ll do another for a little while…maybe a family portrait will be next 🫠
Hey John! I went to high school with you and Anthony! Awesome work! Subscribing.
Thanks Marcus! Hope you’re doing well!
Just love it and amazing job ! Just to point out that it does’nt take long to put a sacrificial 1/8” MDF on top of your full left side and top of your blade with double sided tape . That way you’ll have a perfict 0 clearence and safer . Your hands fingers are way more importent then a 5 min . to make sure no accident will happen 😉👍🏼
I love the mosaic - it is beautiful. I don't think I would have the patience to make one though 😂.
what is the stop block you use on your table saw cross cut sled? Looks really useful
That is the Katz-Moses stop block. Pretty solid and useful.
Sooo good!
I ordered the titebond translucent and some small squeeze bottles a few weeks ago when I came across your first video.
I'm trying to figure out best way to make the small pieces as I don't have a planer or thickness sander.
Might just have to try my best with a table saw.
Done and not perfect is better than a great idea not started, right lol.
Now just gotta figure out what to make it of (no kids yet, and I know it's gonna take a lot of work, so want it to be of something I really like so I don't see a squirrel and quit in the middle and never finish, or half a$@ it and hate how it turns out...)
Thanks Justin! If you have just a tablesaw, make sure to use a new and/or clean ripping blade. Mine was a bit gummed from last projects. Would’ve got cleaner cuts if it was clean or new.
@@parillaworks Awesome! Thanks for the tip!
App apparently no longer available.
Looks great, John. How ya been?
Hey Shawn! Doing good, how about you? Been a while!
@@parillaworks It has indeed been a while. I'm just plugging away at finishing my doctorate. I see you're making humans aside from your woodworking. Rad!
I need a new table saw. Anyone have one they can donate? Can't afford to buy one right now but there's only so much you can do with a band saw.
Oh my god I thought that was rice from the thumbnail lol
Haha clickbait for rice enthusiasts.
WOW!!!
