Theres something off about this new Depeche Mode song and i cant quite put my finger on it.
Perhaps mostly because it's not Depeche Mode.
I think it bothers me that it's full of familiar parts, you just don't know where you know them from. The base starts from Better Days, the vocals remind me of But not tonight at one point.
The vocals are based on 3 different melody lines.
You get used to it...
