I did indeed build it from Mercy, but not from the instrumental part of the chorus, yet somehow it finds its way from some database (I think). I have no idea if the text prompt-writing is going so well for me, or if the AI already understands what I want, or if I'm just lucky. I don't use vocal sampling at all for Dave's vocals (the exception being "Enjoy the silence"), and somehow he really nailed it here. Technology is improving by the day, makes me want to sit back and just wish for a non-existent 1992 album... :) Sometimes I think I understand how Udio AI works, then I realize I don't... When you're working with it, have you noticed that it takes things from your previously made tracks and incorporates them when you've marked them?

You're right, I don't think it's a gem either, but I wanted to demonstrate that you can work with AI in a live performance concept. This song was made 3 months ago, I just made the video later. Maybe you should listen to the newer ones and then draw your conclusion. I note 4 months ago I was sick even of the idea of AI music. By the way, I am also less receptive to DM's post 93 stuff. And I can only take 3 songs on the Memento Mori album...
