I’m teary eyed listening to this song. It brings me joy and happiness that Martin Gore is continuing to make his own music. This song reminds me a mix of Depeche Mode’s albums that featured songs like “The Things You Said” but in a faster tempo. I hope he continues to make music like this.

By the way, the EP consisted of in total six cover songs. Originally "Gone" was published by The Comsat Angels, an English post-punk band active from late 70ies on. However, the Counterfeit EP has some more potential songs for more great Rmxs. Thanks a lot...🍾
