I certainly can't speak for God... but I wouldn't imagine it would upset Him. To my mind, the taping helps us be more clear, and more connected. It is said that God helps those who help themselves, and tapping is one way to do that. :)

Surrendering to God has to be one of the hardest things for me. As a person with severe anxiety, my need to be in control is overwhelming, I feel like if I let go, things won't work out the way I want them to. Hopefully this tapping session will help me.

What is the opposite of anxiety? Calm, you might say. But actually, the opposite of anxiety... is trust. We need to trust more. That was a really surprising moment for me.

My morning routine starts with tapping with you because it puts me in a peaceful state and then I can receive in quiet what the Lord wants to share with me. Tapping with you has been a God send for me to finally sit still and enjoy my quiet with the Lord.

Dear Brad I found this video this morning and tapped away. I was facing into a professional investigation and I was truely upset and scared. It's amazing what magic floods in to my life when I surrender the need to control and make something happen. To understand and FEEL the difference in my body between calmly acting from my heart towards a goal and frantically trying to control the steps towards a goal is a priceless awakening :) And the PRIDE that I feel for this shift in being is so healing! The bracelet I mindfully don each morning that says 'Let Go' is a lovely reminder :) Love to you Brad 'heart'

Thanks for such a powerful sharing. Not surrendering has been a huge obstacle for me most of my life. I can still remember a powerful meditation I had years ago, when the Holy Spirit advised me that the greatest sin was believing that "God would no provide" and that all sin stemmed from that wrong thinking. 22/7/24 Brad your gifts of these videos just keep on giving . This video appeared at the perfect time as I consider what surrendering means.
If you feel that the entire army has surrendered, you can move on. Imagine, though, an army that has certain factions that aren't' willing to give up yet, or maybe haven't gotten the news about the surrender. So a few more rounds might feel necessary to make sure it is complete. Also, that kind of surrender sounds like a bad thing - so we want to imagine that the army has been fighting for old outdated ideas - and by surrendering is saying "yes" to a better way of living. :)

Hi, Brad, been doing a few of your exercises for a few months but this one opened the floodgates. Tears were just streaming down my face in the middle of this exercise which didn’t surprise me. It brought up all kinds of stuff. I’ve also incorporated Chris Sheldon’s Qi Gong exercises and after doing both his and your exercises the discomfort I was feeling from an illness totally disappeared. (I know that illness is self created and Abraham-Hicks channelings talk about pain as a form of resistance.)The power of the mind and healing energy of the body are remarkable. I’ve mentioned you in a comment to Chris to spread the word about tapping. Tapping and Qi Gong have been quite the potent combination for me.

Brad, thanks. This has helped me at a time when I'm feeling overwhelmed with an issue. I am often confused when things seem to get horribly out of control. How do I feel safe enough to surrender completely? Saying the words are one things. Truly surrendering is
something more. This video is helping me understand and I will continue to use it until it becomes a part of me. Thank you for this and many other videos.
and i've learned to always thank the Lord before hand and keep my mind stayed on him and things that are of him. This is also how one may show their faith and keep from hindering their prayer for worry can hinder prayer. Oh and one more thing that I had to learned recently, is that I had to cast (throw, toss) all worries unto the Lord, meaning that one may have to get a bit violent in their mind to cast their worry away and keep themselves in peace knowing that the Lord will handle it.

I've had the most intense insomnia and anxiety the last 6 weeks of my life. I've been tapping for a couple weeks now. Last night was the worst yet. So, I made a deal with God. I said, "God, If you can help show me the way out of this pain, I promise that I will help others find the way also."
Tonight was the best night I've had in a long time. Finally the tapping is making more sense to me and the profundity of the situation is electric with every tap. I still have some way to go. I have a wrist injury that I suspect to be a major trigger for my insomnia (torn ligament) and have been waiting 6 weeks for an ultrasound. My appt is in two days. Then in four days I have the appt with my Dr to get a physio referral. I may even need surgery. But the amount of trust I have now is growing every tap. Thanks Brad.

Needs step daughter got sick and had to be operated on and placed in the ICU.
I was overcome with fear that she may die and this brought anxiety. I have a memory of my Dad dying when I was a little girl and it brought me so much fear then. I need to clear this once and for all. This tapping helped me. I am sending blessings your way for all that you do to help us. 🙏❤️🙏
I knew I needed help with surrender tonight, and I did a search. Sure enough, you had tapping videos on surrender too! That was exactly what I needed to help me open to moving past the fear of trusting in God. I do love God, but trust is not easy for me.

I've been working my way toward doing this video. I am a survivor of recent sexual assault and I've been working with EMDR and EFT to recover a sense of safety. Surrender, when you've experienced trauma, is almost impossible to imagine until you are ready and even then it is scary. Thanks for the needed re-frame and for all your support in my recovery.

EFT/Tapping is a wonderful tool that helps us heal from the inside out. We are "fearfully and wonderfully made," and yes, this tool is a good one from God. For those who have trouble connecting with the God language, they can always reword it a touch to fit God as they understand Him. For me, though, I needed to recenter on the belief that I can indeed trust God, and this was just perfect.
