So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. Thank you Brad. This brought me in tears. I've been struggling with trusting myself for a long time because of the past mistakes that I did, and I feel that many of the people I love had lost their trust on me. I feel that and I thought they were right. But then you remind me that I'm a great person who just happened to be impulsive for being taken by my extreme emotions because of the past extreme unfortunate circumstances. I used to be a great decision maker. That changed when unexpected circumstances came, and I was so hurt and my mind became clouded always. I was traumatized for crying out loud, and I always forget that. I always tend to blame myself, instead of being kind to myself. You made me realize to love myself more and trust myself more. I can't thank you enough. I hope I get healed completely and I wish to meet you personally. You had been my go-to friend for the past year and so much has changed in my life. Thank you Brad. this is the second time I have gone through this tapping. I became aware that since I was born a woman my parents did let me know there were many things I could not do. I was incapable of learning about finances, that I could not defend myself and needed to have a man around, and there many areas in life I as a woman could not help. This has really played havoc in my life. Thanks for your work. It has been very helpful. This time as I followed you I feared I was contradicting my parents and felt like I wanted to withdraw.

I woke up with the HUGEST AHA moment of this journey to date Brad! 😮 The limiting, heartbreaking, self-protective belief of “ Love/connection can be taken away/can leave without warning” i.e. “love/connection cannot be trusted” 😢 I see where this belief was adopted by little Kimberly (and inherited from my Dad and Mum’s heartbreak and similar distrust), I see where this belief has been ‘proven’ over and over in multiple relationships in my life, with family, partners and friendships. I just cried and cried magnificent shifting tears with this one as I substituted ‘love’ for ‘myself’…..holy cow, the magnitude of this awareness 😮 🌋 😯 😭
AND to see how this ‘distrust in love’ has already been shifting the last couple years even without me knowing this belief! And again magnificently….how YOU are smack dab in the middle and involved in it 💜🥲

It’s about trust....a loss of trust is the loss and grief that’s underneath my beliefs and low expectations of men. I carry my Mum’s pain of loss of trust, I carry generations of pain behind her and my Dad, and I carry my own life pain. This path I’m on I guess is about learning to trust men. Wow what a path this will be! Bricks have been laid already, and many more bricks are to come!

Great, I decided to give this one a go just in case cause my parents both were mentally ill and I know my mother never said anything positive at all so i wouldnt be surprised if she said that I couldnt be trusted even though id always told the truth and I got punished for being honest about whether i did something or not.My siblings lied and got rewarded for it and I got really confused as it was obvious that they werent owing up to what they did. I noticed that became a pattern and i still told the truth and people would punish me for it got to the point it didnt feel safe to be honest but i did it anyway terrified out of my witts and bracing myself for a consequence everytime. I sat down one afternoon and tapped that I now get rewarded for being honest. Nobody is going to punish me for being honest and telling the truth anymore. It is safe to tell the truth and be honest. I tapped on it over and over again that day It worked. It dislodged that energy of my mentally ill mother out of my field.
