Hello Brad, I know these are old videos and I appreciate them unreservedly. What resonated with me with this video, was not someone telling me, I am not good enough. But the family instruction... "Do not stand out, or lift your head up, otherwise someone WILL come along and kick it off." My grandmother was so adamant about it, that she would do it herself if it made her look as if her advice was false. I have never found a tapping session or any other similar reprogramming session that has ever dealt with such an issue and it is soooo core in my life. To me it is far, far worse than any thought of, I am unworthy, or I do not deserve this or success. This grandmother message is diametrically opposed to being noticeable in in any way, shape, or form. And. even though I know it? I have proven helpless to change it in any way, shape, or form. Thanks for your channel, it helps in little things but its always like, you know those coin roll spiral funnel donation boxes, only my coin never gets to the center of the funnel... always skirting around the event horizon.

Hey. I really release a lot with your tapping. I have done a lot of work with a personal coach and this really is like the finishing touch. I was searching for a video of differentiating yourself from others since I have watched Jerry Wise who speaks to adult children of dysfunctional families. One big thing is co-dependency and the need of needing others. I combine your videos of self love with the insights I get from his videos and I am starting to notice a huge difference. Thank you.

I’m finding myself in a state of overthinking and questioning now as a lot of things are shifting and coming to surface the last few weeks around the topics of intimacy, trust, sex, attachment....I know it’s based on fear, a protective behaviour based on fear. The fears that came up tnight are “I don’t want to sabotage love anymore by this hidden trauma about intimacy/relationships/men” and “If I can’t make sense of it/heal it now when I’m not in a romantic relationship, then there’s no hope when I’m in it to figure it out” ....yup those are the big fears.

Thanks Brad for this video. As for me, the start of the up coming year starts now for me in the winter ❄️of December 2021. It will literally be a new life for me in 2022 because of the fact that I resigned from my job this year, refusing the no jab no job mandates, believing in pro choice, & starting my own business. When I ever overthink things, this video is a relief that I can put in my pocket & use when needed. Thanks 👍🏾

There is something that has been bothering me for some time and I did not know what to do about it. I didn't even know what my prooblem was. Then, not so long ago I saw in my dream that I should do tapping on "not feeling good enough". I never thought that was my issue but it made perfect sense. And today I decided to tap on this video because I felt like my biggest problem right now is extremely overthinking somethings. Everything you say in this video resonated with me so much that tears kept coming from the beginning. It felt like an epiphany when you talked about being afraid of change. It was so right. I fet that this video is exactly what I needed. But I was also confused because I knew this video was the perfect one for me but in my dream it said "not being good enough". And thenn you started talking about "not feeling good enough". Woww!! I'm so amazed. You are truly a gifted person, not only you are helping so many of us but also how can you know these things, like the core of the issue? How can you know that not feeling good enough is the core of overthinking? You are an expert on human soul. Really amazing. Thank you so much!!

Had this in my 'tapping' folder but don't think I had yet listened to it. Just did and have to say, "Did you write this one w/ my name on it?" Cuz it was uncanny how much it fits. My mother always says I overthink everything and I kinda thought she was full of it. But I do..and yes, to stay in my comfort zone because of a huge ingrained fear of failure at everything. Going to try tapping to this one on a regular basis for a bit and see how it goes. SIncere thanks! 11/20/19.

That would be my first guess. But it also may be that during the tapping you are opening up your awareness to other things that you haven't been paying attention to. See if those are things to tap on - maybe write down what comes up.

That's the million dollar question. Kind of like, "How many crunches will I need to do to have six-pack abs?" ;) It depends on the person. For some folks the changes are quick and profound... for others it is a more gradual process.
