My Brother Broke His Femur While Downhill Skiing

On 3/8/15 my older brother, who has never broken a bone in his body - which is amazing considering all the crazy things he's done - was hitting this big jump at Little Switzerland Ski Area all day, but landed awkwardly and spiral fractured his femur. WHOOPS!
Earlier in the day, I captured him jumping flawlessly in his chicken costume. After getting the call about his injury, there was only one thing for a little brother to do. Make a video of this unfortunate event.
Sorry about your leg, brother. Hope this video helps speed up the recovery with a little humor.

ouch, I feel your pain man. I did a triple spiral compound fracture of my lower leg on the slopes then dragged it behind me as I slid on my back head first for another fifty feet or so. No problem though, nothing that a surgical stainless steel rod, 5 screws, 7 staples, and 9 stitches couldn't fix, through 4 hours of surgery. oh yeah, that morphine button the first night is a must LMAO. But I did heal well and went back to the slopes ! How did you make out ?
