- During winter months and many cloudy days on a roll solar panels are not providing enough energy so as an addition I installed this 40' tower with a 2000W wind generator. In a few months I will have a review about performance , cost etc. as well
Wind power is a free, environmentally friendly source of natural energy
Yes, I agree. It seems there are more windy days around my area, definitely makes me happy harnessing free energy!!
Excellent video with enough information and no extra padding. I would really appreciate if you would tell us where you sourced the tower. Looks like it would be popular with Hams as well as home energy enthusiasts.
Thank you Lazlo.
Thank you!! Are you planning to purchase the tower this month? I’m testing the turbine and in about a month I’ll have a follow up video to review these items, also share the all the info. If it is too late for you, just let me know and I’ll send all the info to you. Thank you for watching!!
Love your video greate content... new subscriber 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you very much, I appreciate it!!
Nice
Thank you for watching!!
Awesome video. New Subscriber just found your chanel today. I'm trying to learn as much as i can about solar and wind power as i can. I have a small homestead in North East Texas. Doing things as i can afford them. What was the cost of your wind power system? If you don't mind me asking. Looked on your channel and am looking forward to viewing your other video's........Jeff
Thank you, I appreciate it!! I am going to have step by step video how to connect the components together very soon, The total cost for the entire system is $8,444. I'm going to have a brake down price , an attached link, etc. in my upcoming video soon as well. Thank you for watching
Sounds great Woll be looking forward to it m thanks..Jeff
Could you give more details about this tower, size and weight of the generator?
Of Course,
please my review here, you can find all the info you need as well as purchase price , etc. Thank you for watching!! Please check out my other videos as well.

You have not mentioned about power generation capacity,,but i guess it is not more than 1kw,, looking at the blade size,, please share technical details too
It is a 2000w wind turbine. In the review I provide the model, website etc I purchased. Thank you for watching!

What’s the average amount of watts you have coming in from the wind turbine?
I am collecting data and shortly I will have a follow up when I present all the numbers including price. I just have it for an very short period of time and not too many windy days so far!!
Probably not very much at all 10 amps 100watts
Please put links for the equipment of the turbine.
Ok, definitely I will. I just wanted to test it a little bit to make sure everything works as advertised , and I’ll share all the infos soon. Thank you for watching!!
great, thanks@@offgridwithlaszlo
your windtubine will perhaps give a little more power if you reverse the blades👍
Thank you , I appreciate it. I think I mentioned in one of my videos that I accidentally mounted them backwards, but it was corrected and verified with the company as well before I commissioned the wind turbine. Thank you for watching!!
MAGYARUL IS ELMONDHATAD VOLNA.
Igen, már mondtak többen is és dolgozom rajta. Hamarosan megjelenik magyar fordításban is. Koszonom !!
*All practical tests show that small wind turbines hardly generate any electricity! Here approx 170 kWh/year from a 8400 USD wind turbine on a 40ft tower!*
Because there is hardly any wind close to the ground. It is also extremely gusty, which usually shortens the service life.
Only if you need to be self-sufficient from the power grid, you should buy a small wind turbine for the winter.
*With solar modules, on the other hand, you can reliably generate green electricity for 25 years at approx. 3-10 cent/kWh!*
I doubt if this weak structure will be able to withstand the winds above 20m/s,, everything is so weak including the foundation
So far it is holding up pretty well surprisingly. Please check out my reviews after a few months testing it. If you click on the video tab or just the links.
Thank you for watching!

@@offgridwithlaszlo thanks for the reply,, have you checked the actual wattage generation at average wind speed of 10m/s,,,,
Because power generation depends on blade size,, and blades above 2 meters are only capable for regular 2kw power generation at average wind speed
Never leave a link for the win to buy and 40 foot tower
I just had a review after a month. Please check it out and you can find everything on the website . I have the link there. Thank you for watching!!
