Heellp, done everything as instructed and power only lasts couple of seconds, tried plugging it 19-15 times, checked all connection is pushed properly and still only lasts couple of seconds every time I plug it 🤔

Seeing as the batteries arnt available for the gloves , how do we connect the gloves to vest? Gloves only come with y cable ? Do we need separate cables to run from glove to arm pit? Thanks

Is it possible to control the trousers and jacket with one heat controller or do I need one for each garment?

Hi, You can but it would mean purchasing a Duel Controller that links the two.

I’ve done exactly, as was shown by my dealer which is also exactly the same as this demo. I have the jacket and gloves, for some reason they both heat up lovely, but the controller does not function or do the gloves heating button. Any ideas anyone?
