Great video, because of u and LA Hoover have me hooked on the hobby, I'm on my 2 bike build and I'm not sure if it's the ride or the build that I enjoy more, not a bad thing to be confused about lol. Anyway thanks and keep the videos coming.

DLH, how do you like the solid rims compared to spokes? Btw I realize I'm pretty late to the party but I just discovered the hobby and this channel.

both are good , as all moterized bike parts go they need regular inspection before riding , always wear a helmet

Is there any polishing, lip/edge beveling or widening or deepening you can do to the open transfer ports on a stock cheap 47mm 2 stroke for better flow/power?
I have stock engine, (I was gonna buy an expansion chamber sometime soon)...I already rounded & lowered bottom intake 1/2mm , same with top exhaust port & polished it, also trimmed any obstructing gasket material...I forgot to trim the bottom of the intake side piston skirt....I was thinking if I polished the insides of ports, slightly widened and/or deepened-trenched them & rounded the top lips & sides without raising them (& F- ing up timing) it'd help make some free power on a stock engine?

All chinadoll cylinders are not created equal, you will find different results, different port timing, so your really not giving me enough information to give you a solid answer, rule of thumb just to get a decent cylinder ported is raising Exhaust 3 degrees make it 32mm wide . Thats a good starting point , note : it takes very little over porting a cylinder to turn it into a boat anchor
Also you have larger bores big bore bigger power , hope this helps ,
Don't forget a good pipe , a good carburetor is also very important
