      Hi Ralph if you do it right you will get maximum flavour as I am. the trick is in the wicking not too thick or thin just a bit of a resistance when threading through the cotton and obviously the right coil for MTL i.e. not below 0.7 ohm coil or over 1.4 ohm coil the best one is around the 1ohm. I hope my demonstration helped.

    Just wanted to let you know there's no need to respond to the question I asked you about which coils to buy on advanced vape supply. I found the coils Im gonna use on another site. Thanks

    Hi , Nice video just quick question. I am getting a geekvape Ammit mtl tank for wicking which cotton would you recommend . Also what sort of coil should I buy

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  5 років тому +1

      I use 2 cottons, Cotton bacon Prime ( I tear off a small pinch for a 2.5 mm coil and a normal pinch for a 3mm coil) or Japanese organic Muji cotton pads (from Amazon) the advantage with the Muji it is easier to cut to size and very cheap. As for the coil for the Ammit MTL, I use either 0.8 ohm MTL fused Clapton Ni80 from Coilology or Core Clapton 1ohm 28+38ga Ni80 from Naturevape website.

    I’m getting a lot of leaking issues? If I close the airflow/juice flow anymore I get dry burnt hits. Any suggestions?

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  4 роки тому +1

      @TheMarskoon1. Well in my opinion you are using too much cotton. The right way is to use enough cotton to thread through the coil with a bit of a resistance but not too thick that moves the whole coil out of place when pulled. Also any juice over 50vg you need to turn 2 whole turns that means, look where the logo on the chimney is positioned against the mod when fully closed then turn until you see the logo appear again and then another full turn as I described. That should solve your problem.

    Awesome as usual, I am late to the party. I seem to be in testing stage still. Making my own round wire, SS and also A1. Have tried so far 1.5ohm and 1.2. The 1.5 ohm, I am at around 9watts and in the 1.2, around 12watts.
    Would you recommend I try 1ohm and lower like .8ohm that I have seen you suggest, also is it noticeably better with a clapton? I have the prime just simple tight round wire and the lite I am spaced. Spaced seems to be slightly better? always appreciate your feedback

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks Tremor. it depends what liquid you vape. If it is a single blend tobacco round wire is perfect if any other flavours are within the flavour profile like cream or vanilla or a fruity note a Clapton or fused Clapton would bring out those flavours better. As for spaced coils i found they cause spit-back more often as the liquid between the wire vaporizes and shoots upwards but not so often when the coil is tight.

    Hi there, i was wondering if you have encountered those prime’s parts stuck and very very hard to open (mainly when trying to open the glass part etc), do u have any suggestions how to avoid it? Or a way to solve if it happens to a kayfun prime?

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  Рік тому +2

      Hi Dede. As a rule I lubricate all threading with VG or liquid to avoid stuck parts although the moving part of the prime are very well designed but on occasion when not used for a while 0 rings get dry and threading sort off stick so always lubricate. When it is already stuck I find putting the stuck part in the freezer for half hour helps to undo it.

    • @Sy7j3wdDPS
      @Sy7j3wdDPS Рік тому

      @@netvaper ohh so the freezer trick works? i havent figured out about it so i did sold my prime a couple months ago, rn i missed it so much and planning to get back to the prime, it's just the stuck issue that still holds me back, a lot of my friends that used the prime never encountered the issue so i suppose that im just a bit unlucky on mine

    can i use nic salts on this rta? thanks.

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  2 роки тому +2

      Yes you can as the prime is a MTL RTA. Nic salts are only recommended on MTL setup as the nicotine level usually are high but the smoothness gives a vaper a false feeling of a much lower nicotine level so it is very easy to “over nic”

    Thanks for this information as I just received my prime. I also received the e liquid from Net.com. I noticed I like to run my prime at 7 watts do you think I have it set up correctly. Thanks

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  5 років тому

      I am happy to hear all is in order. As for wattage for 0.8- 1ohm coil vape on anywhere between 14-18wattes, 7wattes is too low. Enjoy your Prime it is a awesome RTA.

    Great video. Thanks for taking the time to teach people about vaping. Can you please help me choose what coils to buy? Pretty soon I'm gonna have the Kayfun Lite 2019 22mm. I want to start ordering from this website below
    www.advancedvapesupply.com/collections/all
    I want to order pre made coils like your using, if you could please tell me which ones to buy it would be a big help. The descriptions of the coils on the site don't really say the amount of ohms so its very confusing.

    • @netvaper
      @netvaper  5 років тому

      Hi Jason the website link you attached, is primarily lower ohms (sub ohm) that are better for direct to lung (DTL). I will choose a Coilology MTL coil that are better suited for your Keyfun. I will give you the options as follows, (just google Coilology MTL pre-made coils).
      Coilology high quality ni80 Pre Made Coils For MTL Use Available in:
      MTLCoil - Wire Configuration: 26GA, ID: 2.5mm, Material: Ni80, Resistance:0.60ohm
      MTL Staple - Wire Configuration: 4-.1*.3/40,ID: 2.5mm, Material: Ni80, Resistance: 0.68ohm (I use this one)
      MTL Clapton - Wire Configuration: 28/40, ID: 2.5mm,Material: Ni80, Resistance: 0.92ohm (I use this one)
      MTL Fused Clapton - Wire Configuration:2-30/40, ID: 2.5mm, Material: Ni80, Resistance: 0.8ohm (I use this one) Or as another option a Kanthal (A1) 26g wire, 2.5mm 1ohm coil
      I hope the above is helpful.

    Too much cotton, trim it on the side corners, and make it half the way he did, best flavor.

      @Alex Zax, although the flavour on my Kayfun is spot on, I will try your way as well. Thanks
