Beautiful job 👏
Thank you! Cheers!
Before I rolled out the cool seal last summer, I used a product called Lanco siliconizer crack filler that I got from Home Depot to smooth and fill around boots and slight depressions. A neighbor told me the stuff wouldn't work but it claims to be a mastic and it spread well and thick. I guess I'll know in a year or two if it works but I was wondering if you have any knowledge of the product? Thanks again for your videos.
Yes, I do know exactly what you’re talking about. I’ve seen it before and actually I have used it before I might have should have used that on this particular house but I didn’t. I think the Hydro Stop will do just fine. Thank you for your comments and thanks for visiting my channel.
What do you think is the average age of the mobile homes you work on, if I may ask? Dave Ramsey and others talk bad about manufactured homes, but I know people living in them and see you working on homes that seem like they are close to 50 years old, with no problems that someone wouldn't have with maintaining an older stick-built home, especially what they are selling these days as stick-built.
I'm looking at buying one that's 16 years old, on a nice basement foundation and sheetrock walls. I was hoping it would have 30 years left on it, and maybe the next owner could remove it in pieces and put another home on it. Do you have any insight to offer about that? Does that sound like a nightmare?
Buy all you can. Makes for easy rental. I wish I had more. 50 yrs with maintenance. Easy. Go for it

If your carful yes. But be careful
Good luck with the diet and I definitely don’t recommend you going up on a roof
now thats a rough roof... wow...
Yes, it was. Oh my Lord thank you for watching and thank you for the compliment.
Why wouldn't you use Karnak #298 rubberized oil base elastomeric instead of the waterborne product your using ...?.???
I hate oil based
ok i see cords what happened to cord free tools at drews:)
Batteries didn’t last as long as I needed when it came to grinding
do you use the flex volt battires i have 4 of them and 3 are fully charged at all times when on the job site solved that problem :)@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair
Really. That’s interesting. Good tip.
Seems odd that they are remodeling the inside and going cheap on the roof. Looks like they would have gone with the rubber roof rather than cool seal. But, to each his own.
Could be, and I'm not saying it is, but it could be a temporary fix until they get the time and materials to do a rubber roof to prevent further water damage inside.
Exactly what it is. Temp till she can afford more
