Agree on several comments below. Love all your content since you started your own channel so more stuff at your place. I did really love the older videos that were client meal preps. You always shared size of family and eating style of family members then tailored dishes to each of them. Those were great! So more client videos please bc they bring in varied meal types in both size and flavors. Thanks!!
ERICA YOU'RE GOATED. SO HAPPY I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL!!! OMG please dont stop posting. Your tips and advice are on par with some bigger food youtubers like Ethan Chlebowski and Josh Cortis. Despite your diff styles, your videos and knowledge appeal to the same demographic (ppl looking for relatively healthy, easily accessible, and quick recipes/tips). Anyway, my point is dont stop!! I think youll be big too one day bc your advice is sooo good and youre clearly super knowledgeable
Really enjoying your channel! Some questions/requests for future videos: -best ways to reheat meal prepped food -which meal prepped food sgoukd be eaten earlier in the week vs later -some prepped meals that are easily "finished" with a fresh ingredient before eating -how to store various prepped/sliced veggies in fridge -more prepped healthy snacks! -fridge and freezer tour, especially if you have some half-used prepped meals that week -details about cooking various grains (which need to be rinsed/soaked?) and ways you use them in meals -various ways to combine one of your "family style" preps
No wait more ideas! -(playlist idea) focus on one ingredient and show various ways to use it in prepped meals/snacks -any specialty kitchen tools that help you prep faster? -what are your favorite prepped meals/snacks/desserts? -how do you care for your cast irons? (so much conflicting advice out there!) advice for starting w/cast irons?
Excited to see that I usually have those staples in my pantry and you’re completely right, it makes meal prepping or just making a quick meal so much easier! ❤️
Great video! And I agree, tinned fish is a staple. I love the smoked trout from Trader Joe's too, it's a great topper for green salads or even lentil salads. I would love to see you share your oil and vinegar must haves. I feel like it's easy to feel like you need to have so many different oils and vinegars, but if you are limited on space, which ones are essential?

I would love to see healthy meal prep videos. I've been trying to do more of that because of my crazy work schedule.
Maybe another video about items you always keep stocked in the freezer?
I’d love to see a full meal prep session!
I haven't seen the video yet, but just seeing it on my subscription feed just made my week 😍

I have pretty much binge watched all your videos. You are so calming to listen to but also so informative. I've learned so much watching you.

Loved this video as always. Can you do some recommendations on organizing pantries and containers.
How about a video on different stir fry sauces, or different veggie curries, Everything you make is always so delicious!
