May and June only make sense if you don't want to go to the beach and freeze, since the water is only 17, 18 degrees celsius then, everyone sane goes in july, august and september.

How many hours from Barcelona to Malaga?? If i want to go to Malaga from Barcelona i take bus or car or which way of transportation???
You can take the AVE fast train in an about 5 1/2 to 6 hours, or fly in about 2 (plus all the messing around at airports). The price if you book early is about €60 for both methods.

Why people are wearing masks on their face ?
Because the video was made in 2022 - so probably filmed during the tail end of Covid. From the numbers of people in the streets I'd guess early in the process of re-opening the city - if you visited today be prepared for it to be overrun with tourists, particularly on days with cruise liners visiting (which is unfortunately frequently).
It is not the second busiest port. The first is the port of Bilbao, the second of Gebraltar. It is not a town. Siince it has a cathedral it is a city
Possibly the second busiest in Andalusia by tonnage. But in the country as a whole it's not even in the top 10 by tonnage.
