- Julia looks through old books and finds a picture of the woman who guided Julia and Barnabas to Chris when he was in danger. The picture, which was marked as having been taken in 1897 disappears.
The lead up to Barnabas travelling to 1897 is so very eery and suspenseful.
Glad to have Louis Edmonds back. Poor Carolyn. She seems to get connected in various ways to supernatural creatures-Adam,Chris the werewolf and in the future, a leviathan.
Well, she was always complaining about being bored with Joe!
This story seems very full of suspense. That boy, David, doesn't seem to be a very truthful lad. I don't care for children like him. When I was his age, I had learnt to respect my elders! Anyway, I'm enjoying this video. Thanks for sharing it with us! ~Janet in Canada

Well, Peter Bradford was the one who went back to the 18th century with Victoria. Jeff was sort of a 20th century reincarnation of him.
Roger Davis was the actor who portrayed both Jeff Clark & Peter Bradford in Dark Shadows. Roger Davis also acted in a 1964 episode of Twilight Zone. The episode was titled " Spur of the Moment. " I , for one , feel he was a quite a good actor. Roger Davis also was featured in the big screen version of Dark Shadows........the 1971 movie , " House of Dark Shadows. "
