Thank you, Jaclyn, for this. I was re-diagnosed with Hyperthyrodism and I have been doing yoga for the last year before I found out. This really helps me when I can't get to yoga class. If you decide to do a 10 minute one for those of us working people who can't get in a full 20 minutes, that'd be great! I can do a bit of yoga at work during my break if it's a 10 minute thing!

SEQUENCE: 1. Forward bend + table top 2. Lunge + nose to front knee 3. Wide forward bend + twist toward raised arm, alternate 4. Lunge into plank into baby cobra 5. Wide arm cobra with left and right twists 6. childs pose 7. Bridge pose with arms raised and lowered 8. Bridge + kapalbati (breath of fire) 9. Knees to one side and gaze to the other side 10. Rock n roll to seated 11. Plough to shoulder stand 12. Fish pose sitting or lying down 13.Knee hug and rock side to side 14. Shavasana
Joy Doogan do this everyday and also cut out meat and dairy and go on a Whole Foods plant based diet that has enough vitamins and minerals in it. Occasionally you can have boiled meat from meat that has collagen and bones in it as that's essential for young and supple skin but that's up to you. If you are getting an adequate amount of healthy fats and vitamin C and iron and also supplementing with b12 then you won't need to have meat once in a while at all.

Thank you! Whenever I feel really bad with my thyroid, I just do this exercise and it helps me feel better.

The music is awful.
I like your yoga, but the music is too loud...it drowns the instructions, it's not relaxing and it's too distracting.
