Enchiladas are like the perfect food! My family likes to use velveeta as the preferred cheese inside 😂 but I may try this cream cheese shredded cheese mixture

Just made a variation of these with what I had in the house. Used chicken thighs stubs bbq sauce, black beans and pickled jalapeños and Mexican blend cheese. I used la banderita carb counter flour tortillas. Came out ridiculous, crazy matty thank you

Its emotional stuff that many of us feel...about not belonging and feeling like ugly duckling outcasts in school and high school but really blossoming and flourishing in college and masters because we get recognized for our talents and loved and reciprocated. I know there's a lot of bullshit narrative out there in the USA right now about how college ain't worth it, but I have to say that college is a game changer in a very positive way if you stay committed toward going there in a field you care for/love and putting in the effort.

IIRC the problem with Just A Dash was that it became too expensive to produce. The crew might also have gotten into other jobs that they don't want to take time away from in order to produce a third season, because there's no way he's going to do it without the OG crew.
