Man being someone that does pour concrete on a daily (1,000+ yard warehouses plus I do side jobs on weekends) I love seeing people appreciate the work that does go into prepping pouring and finishing concrete. But man concrete to me is farming for you guys, I love it!
That’s amazing! Over 100 years of farming history is something to be really proud of. Family farms like yours have such a deep connection to the land and tradition, and it’s incredible to think about all the changes in farming practices over the generations. What kind of crops or livestock does your farm focus on?
GOOD JOB FARMERS!! I did it for long time. Didn’t use to sweat until it was about 97 degrees. lol It turned out nice. As they say “looks good from my house”.
I remember my dad hitting his head or hurting himself. My siblings and me would not laugh in front of my dad. But when dad had his back turned or he wasn’t around, yes, we laughed and talked about it.
Geez! Dougo!! That's dedication.. 😉 that's what is known as hard working American men. All you guys, hats off to you and I'm not wanting to say especially the young guys because it's harder on us older people, I'm 57 i know.. but these days younger people just don't want to work and it's sad! Love y'all, God Bless you❤❤
That Carrey system is pretty tough, I mean take a lick like that and still work?? Pay attention dough, you’ll be racking up post season repairs with stuff like that!! Y’all be safe and keep us armchair farmers happy!!
Thanks for another video everyone!!!!! It was really interesting and entertaining to watch for sure. First off, so sorry that Dougo hit his head on the air reel - ouch and ouch!!!!!! That was a nasty cut on his head. Hope that heals good. Might need a stitch?? Been there done that myself. We had a steel brace on an old grain bin and it was low. I bet I cut my head on that five or six times by rushing. Do understand Dougo. Take care of that cut on your head. The crew did a great job on the concrete floor you put down by the grain bins. Good job everyone!!!!!!!! Looked nice when you got done. Will work real good having that there. Looks like you and Brody got some more black beans 🫘 done - yeah!!!!!!!👍 Moving right along on them. Your soybeans should be ready to harvest shortly the way they look. That will be a busy time for all of you. Go get em!!!!!!! About it I guess. Thanks for everything. You all take care and be safe harvesting. The Iowa farm boy. Steve. 😊👍👋✅🇺🇸
Poor Dougo not only lost a patch of hair but also gained a concussion. All my hopes that Dougo isn't concussed. Dougo is a nice part of the hilarity of Larson Farms. I've learned so much listening to his stories.
Gabe Brown's "Dirt to soil" practically transitioned my conventional farming methods to regenerative, and with $105k from Kathleen's brokerage services we keep thriving on every ground - on the farms and smiling to the bank
Your dad needed stitches. Brodie such a plus for your team as well as the swede. Great video and get your dad to the ER please unless I'm seeing this video more than 24 hours later
Great Video Chet👍 Nice concrete job. Dougo laying along grain bin all agile. Next thing ya know hes got a gash on his head talking about getting on his knees to repent. Dougo you cant make this kind of content up! I really do hope your OKAY😥 Brody Rocks he is a cleaner upper💯 Eric and Jordan Nice Work with the concrete job👍
Dougo, it's okay, we all lose it once in awhile, especially when you crack your head like you did. I'm thinking you'll have a nice goose egg on your head, of course it's probably healed by now since these video's are a bit behind. Chet, it would be nice if your editor's could add a date like the Welkers have so we know the relative dates you all are bringing in the crops. G-d bless everyone.
Dang Dougo….that hurts REAL QUICK. Seems I’ve rammed my head into more stuff in last few years (about same age as Dougo)….reckon we always are watching we’re we step so we do t bust our @$$.
Followed you guys for years now. Just curious on the decision to add black beans is it just for more diversification or was there other reasons. I love the content and so dose my six year old son please keep up the amazing job

That was the same issue Cole the cornstar was having with his beans pods were ready but the stems were green
Gabe Brown's "Dirt to soil" practically transitioned my conventional farming methods to regenerative, and with $105k from Kathleen's brokerage services we keep thriving on every ground - on the farms and smiling to the bank

Lmao, I remember that episode. You could just tell Dougo had blue collar language going thru his mind after the concrete incident. 🤣😂

As a mixer truck driver, when I am not sure of what the chute man is singling, I shut the drum off.
Awesome as always. You should have given pops the day off after his injury. But I did giggle when you gave him a hard time.. my kids did the same..
🪖for Dougo!
