- Hello UA-cam today I will be doing a tutorial on how to hover in the Aircraft Carrier World on VRChat. This is going to be difficult for newcomers but with time and practice it will soon become smooth as butter. Easier method for VTOL Wind speed: 44.0 Wind direction: Up
Only use Su-30
Up and down is break and your throttle hasn’t Changed.

I use 60-67 for the windspeed and idk if it’s because of the windspeed being higher, but I think it lets you hover with any plane

Heya, whenever I attempt the first step, pushing the throttle Al the way back and holding the air brake, whenever I attempt to tip up 90° when at 250 knots, my aircraft doesn’t want to tilt up more than maybe 80°, and if I pull the joystick back even more, it refuses to continue to go up. Is there a solution to this?
Make sure the flight assist is turned off and try going slightly slower maybe at 200
in test pilots id say the sak 1 the best for post stall maneuvers
It over Gs to much and doesn’t have 3d thrust vectoring
@@ThrustV- if you use breaks and keep the right speed you should be fine and it has 3d thrust vectoring

you said joy stick are you useing controlers or joysticks to control the plane
i use quest 2 controllers
the joystick I was referring too was the one inside the aircraft but the only thing that changes the aircrafts movement is your hand movement only

Ooooh I actually never tried the falling leaf. I think I done it a few times accidenrly but idk I will think about it
How do I hover around the building?
first you have to learn how to hover. second you have too just base the thrust on where you want to go really so if you are in a vertal hover and want to go foward you would need to point your nose foward slightly. then once you get that movement down you will eventually get used to moving your plane around

Is it possible to preform a cobra maneuver?
I dont believe you can. The flight mechanics in this game require you to go a little slow in order to do the weird maneuvers

You might be able to cobra if you mess with the wind settings if you set wind down

@@sgwigglysquid230 you can cobra but you want to be going at about 300 knots and brake while pulling up and you Will cobra and then pull back down and go full throttle

I dont think so unless if you slow down first but it eould just lead you gertinf shot easier
@@sgwigglysquid230 I'm pleased to inform that it is indefinitely possible, I just used it in combat to dodge a missle with the help of a few flares and watched then overshoot

How do i take off with vtol?
There is an option in the spawn area where you can change the windage. Change the top setting to exactly 40 and use the brake to levitate. You have to be moving foward a bit though
Technically non of the jets can vtol unless if you change the world settings
