I have so much respect for your routine and videos. For me, I like to dedicate my first hour to God. Thanking him with gratitude for being able to see another day, getting in the word and worshipping. Then everything else follows.
My wife and I are vacationing in Korea. She is spending quality time with family and friends while I am taking the opportunity to reflect. I cherish these moments to unwind from my busy schedule and to view life in a different perspective. We will travel home next week knowing that there are more projects ahead that will be pursued with renewed vigor.
Today turned into a slow rain day. It’s moments like these that we really enjoy just relaxing, listening to the raindrops and snacking on Korean melon. Best!

I have been married for 13 years I have three kids 2 years apart, I home-school , I am a stay at home mom, I cook most of my meals from scratch, and wash the dishes and do the laundry by hand! Thank you for this. I especially liked the morning routine piece. I have been starting my day this year with what felt like "have to's". Exercise, meditation, writing, learning/reading, forcing myself to get through it all every day. Getting it all done before I got to my favorite part - coffee! I started dreading getting up because the "to-do" list made me feel tired before I even got out of bed. I'm going to reframe it all by thinking of it as self-care and not actually "requiring" myself to do every single thing every single day. As a creative, I need to set aside time in the morning to just think about my creative ideas and write them down. I love that you tracked your time to see how much time you were spending on things. I want to do that but am afraid that I have spent too much time on social media 😂 I have set a limit for myself now, but find myself moving the limit sometimes. I can feel this - need time for all my creative ideas, but with 2 little kids my creative thinking time is limited 😂 Even when I sort all my ideas at the end of the day I am so tired to express them and create...help 😂 and I have so many great ideas for videos...just finding a time for organizing them and recording 😊

It's been a while since I last watched your video (moving back to Maui), I also try my best to get back to myself after my 9-5 job by creating baby steps on my self-care routine and I agree that we evolve so much that we have to modify our system, adapting to change...and not to mention, the intuitive eating is very important too. I am adjusting from my regular job to a work from home job. I am loving the flexibility from it, but still trying to create a routine. I am doing more of a slow morning routine and I have been listening to my body more as well. It is not always easy to avoid the distractions from media and scrolling, However, one thing that I have done is I will spend a few hours in silence doing whatever task that needs to be done. I has been really nice and helpful for me to shut out all the noise. I think that you have a done a great job finding yours and it takes time, and besides routines are whatever you want or need them to be. Enjoy your time and no need to hurry.
I have some serious health issues, but have never been good at prioritizing self-care. One of the gifts of the Covid pandemic was that it snapped me out of that. I. realized that as a high-risk person I had to start prioritizing my physical health. This led to prioritizing self-care as a whole in a way that I've never done before. It's really changed my life.
Lovely. I enjoyed watching, listening, and wanting to eat what you made for dinner. Right now, my routines and habits are changing, not in the minimalist sense, that stays strong and fluid, but in the sense that I am about to have a baby any day in the next few weeks and will be creating a new routine based off of my baby. I tend to put my family first in my routine. I make lunches every morning for my sons and husband. Once a week I bake two loaves of bread in the morning. I like to clean things and get them done early on. Then I go to different hobbies depending on the day. It is important to me to set aside time to read a book though. I do that daily. Like you, my love language is also quality time, so I make sure that I have that with my family members.

What I crave is a good Filipino Bistek, made of beef sliced into thin slices, marinated on soy and vinegar! Now that I'm a JUICER, I tend to fill my stomach with those, and I'm full, but my kilos stay the same! I don't want to get rid of my "juicing" habits these days! I had lost some weight with it! I'm a diabetec, so I want to reverse, or heal it! You, on the other hand is still young, and has a good body! And you also eat with moderation, which is good, but me, I have to diet for my own good!
