Ryobi One Compression Drive 3/8” Staple Gun won’t shoot staples

My brand new Ryobi, one compression Drive staple gun will not shoot Staples. Come to find out I loaded the staples in the wrong place.

I bought the last in the store, got a good deal at 40% off, I think i paid about 30.00. There was no box, no instructions, Got home and finally going to use, bam, wont work. Thank you for your video, I did the same thing. Works great now. Thanks again

Thank you for this video. I almost returned this to the store. I am not a newbie and it’s not intuitive. A simple illustration in the user guide would have ended the frustration.
