Maybe just an admission that the war didn’t end and it was just two parts of the same. Kind of a spicy hot take for a Star Wars video though. The real World War 2 will be between the victors of the first one, most likely (US, China, Russia, UK, France).
One mistake I noticed: the vought f4u cosair was never used during ww1, but during the second world war mostly in the Pacific theater. But other than that, this is an incredible video!!!! 😎👍
The Republic really had the best starfighters. The ARC-170, Y-Wing, V-Wing, and Z-95 are my favorite starfighters here. The N1 is really cool too for a Non-Republic fighter used at the same time.
@@SHFirefly Never liked the Twilight personally, felt too ugly compared to the rest of the Republic starfighters. But what can you expect from a stolen freighter.
According to the Revenge Of The Sith visual guide, the V-Wing was meant to be the Clone army's version of the Jedi Starfighter. Which is kind of funny because if you play the OG Battlefield 2 from 2005,the V-Wing is the Republic's bomber in the game. I'm guessing this was before they decided to use Y-Wings in the Clone Wars
The ARC 170 is really cool to me. I like how it's got a rear cannon and the design is really cool to. My other favorites would be the BLT B Y wing and V wing which is really fun to use in battle front 2
Personally, I'm 16 minutes late, but i think the fact that you're watching any "All Ships in Star Wars" video means that you are a certified Nerd and now have a pass for the Nerd Club, which I am a member of. I congratulate you.
I can see the RA modifying Clone Z-95s by making the wings foldable like the V-19 and adding a class 1 hyperdrive so they can fit more on their ships and use them for hype and raid tactics.
Wouldn't mind seeing videos on lesser known starfighters not immediately affilliated with any of the 4 major factions. Perhaps the R-60 T-wing or R-41 starchaser?
Air superiority, ground assault, and recon, that's it. I mean think about all the money the republic could have saved (also f-4u Corsair is WW2 not WW1)
I keep seeing this across Star Wars channels on UA-cam and I'm not sure where it comes from: Why are people saying E.T.A. 2 for the Eta-2? We've already accepted that Greek lettering is used in Star Wars ship names. The Delta-7. The Lambda and Nu shuttle. In Legends there are Delta, Gamma, and Epsilon transports, to name a few. But despite being just a few letters after Delta, Eta almost always gets called E.T.A. I don't think Star Wars capitalizes the letters. I've only ever seen it written as Eta-2.
Huh I never knew until right now that the V-wing doesn't have a hyperdrive despite having an astromech. So does the V-wing make use of hyperspace rings like the Jedi fighters do?
it would be interesting to see a fan film or something where an ark 170 was found during the rebellion and the crew try to survive while facing against TIE fighters and similar ships
Did you see my comment on the TIE Fighter video? That was before I saw this one. Red Five, please reply. Also, please make a video on all the smaller ships like the Millennium Falcon and Imperial Shuttles.
Pretty sure wing tip laser cannons are done because it looks cool. Another explanation some people give is that it gives a fighter a wider shot pattern making it difficult for enemy's to evade.
*weaponary and research enters the chat* (as star wars is based off of WW2, theres bound to be wings (also u r right about that but for war u need weapon capacity)
F4U in WW1 huh? Interesting that it managed to be used in a war that ended more than a decade before it's first flight. Also it wasn't used much in Korea by the US.
I love the N-1 starfighter, but it was NEVER used by the Republic. It was only used by Naboo to defend the home planet, never to defend another Republic state.
That we know of. Just like how the Gungun Grand Army were deployed to to Mon Cala there is a possibility that the Naboo Royal Space Fighter Corp could have been deployed else were. Hehe probably not
@@ImNtDead like I said, I love the N-1 starfighter but realistically speaking it was a very inferior starfighter compared to other starfighters. It was more so for ceremonial show rather than practicality. A TIE fighter could run circles and destroy an N-1 and those were dispensable and cheap AF to make in comparison to an N-1.
@@iLive4HStyle I'm going to have to disagree. My understanding is that the naboo spare no expense so their engines are highly efficient and clean. The N-1 has a hyperdrive unlike many starfighters at the time. And on top of that just a handful of them took on the full fighter compliment of a droid control ship which is over a thousand. They might not be full on war veterans but they've probably taken on their fair share of pirates and what not. Plus if they were really all about ceremony they wouldn't have proton torpedo launchers. I'd say their greatest weakness is their numbers because their pilots are probably made up of Naboo's higher class citizens oh and that the N1 is probably really expensive compared to other starfighters.
One thing that makes zero sense in the Star Wars universe... is how little overlap there is between the factions ships. For example, the rebel and empire ships would vary but there would also be a TON of cross over. Think about it... if the Xwing is better than a Tie... well the empire has the resources to create their own versions. US and German tanks were pretty different but the general idea of both weapons were similar. The aircraft of WW2 were fairly similar in design on both sides of the conflict. In the SWG they could probably fabricate pretty similar vehicles if one had an advantage over the other. It works well on screen to tell you who is who but I always found it humorous that somehow these rebel ships are as good, if not better, than similar classes produced by the empire.
The ETA-2 ACTIS, with a ring, and if I could toss on an aftermarket shield generator. The V-wing ESK looks pretty good, too. The Delta7 B variant, also w a ring, is certainly cool, but with weaponry and shield mods. I’d also like the A version, but the fact that young Vader used it as his mount kinda soiled it for me - the actor was just too horrible. Same w the N1…maybe if there’s an N2, I’d fly it, but even-younger Vader was just too annoying to enjoy an N1. Sorry, what can I say?
This script seems AI generated. "It was sent deep into enemy territory so it was equipped with a hyperdrive". What? No. It was sent deep into enemy territory BECAUSE it had a hyperdrive.

1:44 The Corsair in WW1 would have been a glorious sight
there wouldnt have been a second world war if corsairs were in the first one

It would dominate
was slightly triggering to hear
The prequel for The Final Countdown… :)
Corsair was used in WW2 and the Korean War
The Corsair fought in WW2 and the Korean War not WW1
Lol so he did say ww1 dear lord
I came here to say this.
ARC 170 is probably my personal favourite but the Naboo starfighter is slick af out them all 😂
One mistake I noticed: the vought f4u cosair was never used during ww1, but during the second world war mostly in the Pacific theater. But other than that, this is an incredible video!!!! 😎👍

Delta-7 was Actually nicknamed the Jedi Starfighter & the Eta-2 was nicknamed the Jedi Interceptor.
Alpha-3 V-wing and ARC-170 are my favorite Clone Wars-era Starfighters.
Not sure if this is canon or not,but in Legends,Anakin actually modified his Delta 7 to carry a hyperdrive as seen in the Clone Wars microseries
1:45 you. said.
*W H A T ? !*
V-19 Torrents and Arc-170s are pretty cool, although I like the Y-Wing the best for the fact that the rebels still used them after the clone wars

1:45 MY BRAIN IS MELTING
I do like the V-wing and Y-wing, and the Arc 170 sure looks cool. A video about star destroyers would be cool to watch.
The Y-Win. @8:36
Optimistic naming for a ship!
I think Republic land vehicles could be a good idea for a future video.
Always loved the Y-Wing. Old reliable.
My favorite Republic fighters are Arc 170 starfighter y-wing v-19 Torrent z-95 headhunter v-wing Detla-7 aethersprite and ETA-2 actis
I just subscribed today, but am really enjoying your channel videos.
The corsair was used on ww2 and korean war not the first world war

You forgot about the LAAT Gunships, and that the BTL-B Y-Wing also inspired the BTL-A2 Light Y-Wing and the BTL-S3 Y-Wing (2 seater).
You have no idea how happy i am to see a space engineers screenshot
Actually the Vougth F4U was not used in ww1 but it was used in ww2
Please do a capital ships vid, there are many capital ships ranging from the old republic area to the first order/resistance era
I believe we see Z-95 ships in the 1st arc of Season 7 of The Clone Wars
If the lore I've read is right, the Delta-7 was a big influence on the A-Wing used by both the Rebellion and Resistance
you should do every star destroyer type, including the republic ones like the venator
I love how the V-Wing was the Republic's slow, oafish bomber in the original Battlefront 2.
I can see the RA modifying Clone Z-95s by making the wings foldable like the V-19 and adding a class 1 hyperdrive so they can fit more on their ships and use them for hype and raid tactics.
Agree the Z - 95 headhunters should’ve been equipped with a hyperdrive. Despite an additional bit of mass, they would’ve been more effective with one.
@@lukerayners6729 I also think a stronger power plant should be added on the Clone Z-95 to equal the shielding of an x-wing.
gotta appreciate how the Bad Batch has showcased the Vwing a lot underrated starfighter
cant wait for Wednesday and Season 3
1:46 it was ww2 not ww1 ww1 was biplanes
My favorite is the Delta 7. I just love that ship
“The F4U Corsair used in World War One”
HUH?!
Actually, some V-Wings did have hyperdrive capabilities, such as the ones who escorted Palpatine's shuttle at the end of Revenge Of The Sith

The corsair used in WW2 And the korean war
ARC-170 and V-wing are my top two. Please do one about capital ships and make sure to mention their sizes.
Air superiority, ground assault, and recon, that's it. I mean think about all the money the republic could have saved (also f-4u Corsair is WW2 not WW1)
The Delta-7 is my favorite. When it became available in the Rogue Squadron games, I was so happy!
My favorite Republic Star fighter was probably the Twilight, well until Obi-wan got it blown up
When is this video and the revised Order 66 video going to be added to the All-Star Wars lore playlist? I enjoy your all-Star Wars lore playlist.
The ARC 170 is by far the best Republic Fighter ❤

Why does so many starfighters have wing tip cannon whould it not be easier to use if the canon was closer to the pilot. Like in the v wing
