A gentle 20min mindful movement practise flowing through some gentle yoga stretches and movements for endometriosis. Slow mindful movement, deep breaths and lots of restorative poses to help anyone who may be suffering with endometriosis pain caused by cysts or fibroids. I would recommend closing your eyes for this one and focusing on how these movements feel within your body today. You're the only teacher on UA-cam I've found who seems to understand what our bodies go through with endo (and also leaves out the weird misinformation I've seen a lot of people doing in even yoga videos about endo). I always finish your classes feeling better, even if I just stay in child's pose or roll around on the floor the entire time

To rolling around on the floor and doing whatever feels best for you ❤️ I totally understand about the misinformation around Endo, especially on YT - It must be incredibly irritating for people who have it! This was so soothing and yummy for my pelvic / lower back area - first day of the period in 30+ degrees heat is no joke at all. I feel so much release and ease in my pelvic area and actually feeling even more alive after it!
