So glad you're still loving it Caitlin! Will add to the list ❤️ I don't suppose you know of any online groups I could share this with and get more feedback for the next one? Having not specifically suffered with this myself, it's always good to talk to people who have and get feedback 🥰 x
I haven't tried this one yet but I just watched through and it looks like it might help with my hip pain, so I'll save this and give it a go when I do a yoga again. I only have one block but I'm sure I can make it work. Your AS routine is helpful. Actually, this looks like it would help with period cramps as well, I find gentle moving can help a lot with that.
Hey! Hope you enjoy it when you give it a go :) One block can work find too and you can always use pillows too. Thanks for being here and hope you've had a lovely weekend! xxx
@@WellWithHels I just did the AS one and got a big crack in my right hip (the right one has always been worse than the left), but I struggled a bit with this one my first time doing it... maybe I'll keep up better next time. I do feel like crap today.
@@DwarfDragonwulf Hey! So sorry you're feeling too great today ❤ Showing up the practise is the hardest part anyway and you did it, so that deserves recognition 😊 x
Thanks for posting! I come from the my mottiv app and have done your yoga for over a year now. I recently encountered tendonitis in my psoas/hip flexor. Is this the best video to help with that? I am currently in Physical therapy and seeing a doctor to help the issue.
Hey!!! So cool you came from the My Mottiv app!! Sorry to hear you've been having some tendonitis, but great to hear you're getting help.... I would suggest show this video to your dr to see if they think it suits your particular needs.... I also have this psoas release class on my membership: mymindfulmovement.co/videos/wind-down/psoas-release/ But again, check with your dr x
@wellwithhels I’m not in any groups but I have had doctors call Vaginismus “hypertonic pelvic floor”, so maybe if you tagged that more people would be able to find these stretches!

Love this! Been doing this for a while now! Would love a new video for pelvic relaxation / Vaginismus? Thanks ❤
