The score has been measured every 3-6 months in our patient population for 8 years.
Recently, with the advent of the mRNA COVID 19 vaccines (vac) by Moderna and Pfizer,
dramatic changes in the PULS score became apparent in most patients.
This report summarizes those results
A total of 566 patients,
aged 28 to 97,
M:F ratio 1:1
seen in a preventive cardiology practice
had a new PULS test drawn from 2 to 10 weeks following the 2nd COVID shot
and was compared to the previous PULS score drawn 3 to 5 months previously pre- shot.
Baseline IL-16 increased from 35=/-20 above the norm to 82 =/- 75 above the norm post-vac;
sFas increased from 22+/- 15 above the norm to 46=/-24 above the norm post-vac;
HGF increased from 42+/-12 above the norm to 86+/-31 above the norm post-vac.
These changes resulted in an increase of the PULS score from 11% 5 yr ACS risk to 25% 5 yr ACS risk.
At the time of this report, these changes persist for at least 2.5 months post second dose of vac.
We conclude that the mRNA vacs dramatically increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of cardiac muscle
and may account for the observations of increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy, and other vascular events following vaccination.

Ever since I got my 2 doses of Pfizer in the summer I have had consistent chest pains, irregular heartbeat and feelings of fainting. It feels like someone is standing on my chest. In September I started having severe anaphylactic reactions that have sent me to the hospital 8 times since. I now have to take medication every day and I’m going to need an injection 2 times a month to stop me from getting hives. I’m 28, healthy for the most part and had no issues before the shots. I had to take the shots for school and plus I felt I should “do my part for the greater good” especially because my parents are in their late 50’s early 60’s and my grandmother is 87. Basically every day now I feel lucky to wake up because I have no clue what’s going on and the doctors refuse to look into it saying “it’s so rare and unlikely”. I regret getting the vaccine. It’s been hell since.
You sound like you have a similar reaction as my wife did with her 2nd pfizer.
She was diagnosed with POTS after a few months which we were told is common in younger women after viruses & vaccines. The doctor said he had seen a lot of this since the mrna vaccines were given to younger age groups.
She takes a heart rate lowering drugs that is working well.
Maybe you should suggest POTS as a possibility to your doctor?

However my mums heart failure has always been under control. Since the vaccine she complains of heart palpitations flutters, breathlessness and chest pains. Her BP has also gone sky high and she's never had issues with high BP. Its very scary. Ive not yet been vaccinated because I've seen the side effects with family members and friends. These side effects cannot be ignored.

A British cardiologist has been making the rounds. Formerly a believer in the v. until his healthy father suddenly had a fatal heart attack.

I've been vaccine hesitant due to a medical history of autoimmunity which manifests as unpredictable inflammation. Previous vaccinations have triggered this and rendered me very ill so I decided to wait a while, albeit encouraging those I know with little risk to get the vaccine on balance. With Novovax around the corner I think at this stage its worth waiting for a non mRNA option.
It frustrates me that society labels me an antivaxxer and conspiracy theorist, when all I've done is made a personal choice based on a lifetime of experience occupying this body! We're all different.

If you have autoimmunity you should be just as weary of getting covid. As someone with an autoimmune condition, I consider having the vaccine like a controlled fall. I'm not prepared to wait for a speculative other vaccine, all have their risks.

I was a very healthy 72 year old man, until having my Pfizer Booster Vaccination in October 2021.
Since I had this so called life changing Pfizer Booster Vaccination.
I was working full time showing potential tenants around properties, playing walking football 2 to 3 times a week, swimming at every possible opportunity and daily involved in my 3 grandchildren’s lives.

Well done Dr Campbell for not being afraid to look in the Pandora’s Box. I had One dose of the Pfizer and was not right for weeks. Like so many others my doctor just said it was stress and put me on tablets. I was a fit 51 year old who never took any medication. I suffered many symptoms including pins and needles , pains , nerve pains palpitations. Strange hotness and dizziness among other things. I refused a second shot and wanted an exemption so I could keep my job in the care sector. The doctor would not sign so I have had to leave my job. Leaving my job is nowhere near as stressful as suffering strange things happening to your body wondering what may happen next. As a law abiding citizen even I would now not accede to a mandatory jab.
I’m going through the same thing right now. I’m a healthy 22 year old that hasn’t had heart problems or anything. My doctor prescribed me anxiety medication but I’ve tried explaining that I’m not anxious or stressed out. I got the first Pfizer shot about 3 weeks ago and I’ve just recently been having these problems. Set to get the 2nd in a couple days.

Heart problem since day 4 of Pfizer. Headed into month 4. Thousands so far in medical bills and was fired for not taking 2nd shot. Mom's best friend died of a heart attack 2 weeks after AZ, and her brother stroked 2 weeks after his AZ shot. ABSOLUTELY there are side effects.

I simply wish to rely on my own health and immune system. I live a rural, small village life with a nonwestern diet, daily sauna and cardio, in my 30s, work from home. I know my situation and I believe I should be able to refuse vaccination. I would never judge others for their own risk assessments. It is fair and reasonable for me to make this choice for myself.
Unfortunately, there are different kinds of immunity. I had the same stance. 35 y.o., live in a village, good diet,a bit overworked, yes, but 176 cm, 78 kg, low body fat, no previous ilness. Ended up in the hospital on oxygen support. Just wanted to share this with you. Good luck, and hopefully you don't get either the vax nor the virus.

It's your choice IMO. We're all going to get it, so it's about how we individually meet it. I'd prefer to have the option of doing so with the ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamin D, C and zinc combination along with AZ. But the non-vaccine option is being denied in Oz.

I'm 62, on no chronic meds, healthy, normal blood pressure and sugar, normal weight. The reason I am this healthy is that in my thirties I decided to only take medication in extreme situations, which was virtually never. As the years passed I became healthier and healthier. In the beginning I would still get colds and the flu, but cannot remember when last I had it. Maybe 8 years ago? I have never had the flu vaccine. I know that I am this healthy now because I stopped putting unnecessary medication into my body but in stead decided to take responsibility for my own health.
When the vaccine came around, I decided to wait a while before getting it. As the data came out, I decided to hold off some more. I am very glad I did as one of the biggest reasons was the long-term effects that was still unknown. I believe I made the right decision.

Yes, the further you stay away from doctors & pharma the better health you will be in. Everyone I know that follows that rule is healthy. Those that follow that rule are also the types to eat nutritious food. Many people do not understand the fact that what seems like a simple round of antibiotics or vaccine can make you chronically ill for years perhaps forever.
I follow the same philosophy with the primary driver being when I need medications they will work more efficiently as I have not polluted my body with so many for little aches, pains, etc.

I have been having pain in the chest area and high spikes in blood pressure after the first jab. My doctor told me not to take the second jab and I’m now seeing him regularly every week to monitor my condition. I’m 40 female, asian, and have had no heart issues before the jab. Seeing this makes me feel relief of having listened to my doctor instead of getting that darned second jab.

I have been coerced/forced/bullied in to getting the serum to maintain my employment as a nurse in canada. I held off until recently, got the first, and have since been having incredible heart palpitations to the point my chest is visibly pounding, chest tightness, chest discomfort, dizziness, exacerbated asthma….. went to the ER/hospital at one point. Now my new doc is doing some tests. But sadly, there is no way here in Canada a blue-pilled doctor will provide a medical exemption for taking a second dose of that gawd-awful serum. So, I may have to lose my job - my livelihood - as a nurse to avoid priming my body further for an early death or long term poor health conditions. I never did trust this serum and for good reason.

Exactly. I used to get pain or cramps in my breasts, but since the vaccine they’re gotten worse and seem to be less in the breast tissue in more in the chest. It’s deeply concerning. I also have found that more of my veins are bursting / becoming more varicose like.
I am young and didn’t want the vaccine, but got it because my landlady and her husband were elderly people and I was concerned for them. I feel so scammed.
I have yet to have any of the vaccines. I am 31 years old, have no medical conditions, perfect blood pressure according to my doctor despite being overweight. I don’t take any sort of medication nor have any known health conditions at this time. When these vaccines were in the works, I said to myself that I would likely decide to wait a while before making that kind of decision considering I am a business owner in the automotive field in Los Angeles, meaning it’s totally up to me. I have not contracted the virus, thankfully, despite working throughout the entire pandemic. This is the kind of data I’ve been looking for. Factual, broken down, citable information. I’ve heard and witnessed all kinds of conditions in family members and family members of friends that have been shortly after the first vaccine, across all 3. Many of which have been heart-related. I think I’ll continue to hold off for the time being. Thank you.

This is a very interesting video and might go some way to explain why my wife had a medical episode after her first Pfizer vaccine dose. We had to call paramedics out on the evening after she had her injection, and they stated that her situation was likely caused by a reaction to the vaccine, and her heart rate was higher than it should have been. As a result she is not allowed the 2nd dose on advice of both her GP and the admin team at the vaccination centre. It is certainly becoming clear that not enough testing was done before the vaccine was rolled out.
Oh, they all did tests alright....on animals and those all showed problems and the results were that these vaccines were not good enough to go to human trial.....well until the pandemic all of a sudden gave them the golden ticket to mass testing with the Western Populations.

It frightens me that this has become a canary in the coal mine sort of situation. I know 3 people in my personal life that have had these issues, one of them being my mother. John I worked Heart Transplant (RN) University of Alabama Birmingham Hospital 1992. I worked on the unit 2 nights and by the 3rd night I came in and asked the head nurse why the people didn't fit the profile I had been taught. The answer was in the young people 20's and 30's I was seeing with severe heart attack the cause was viral and after mid 30's the cause was known to be bacterial (Strep Staph). The viral issue was what had tripped off my questions. It was those spike proteins in cold virus that you now see in the mRNA vaccine causing the problem and heart attacks.
I will say it plainly there is absolutely NO safe use of mRNA vaccine in persons under age 35.

I've lost both of my parents to heart conditions after they were vaccinated. They both had cardiac issues but according to their doctor, neither one was expected to die so suddenly.

I had one dose of Moderna, shortly after I developed asthma and was on steroid for 1 month. Now after 2 1/2 years I start having heart palpitations daily and I just found out I have a rare premature heart condition. No medical history of heart condition prior!
What is so strange to me, is the narrative we are seeing in the media is that myocarditis/ pericarditis and other clotting issues due to the vaccine are being normalized and now an acceptable risk, even for a young population.
In 2018 my partner (at 36 years old) had contracted a very bad case of the flu. Sadly, he had a heart attack due to the infection, which had caused pericarditis. Thankfully he made a full recovery and is in good health now. I remember speaking to the cardiologist at the hospital and asking if this was common, I had never heard of such a thing. According to the Dr. while not very common, you do see it happen from time to time with some viral infections. So basically, while not common, not completely unheard of.
If prior to covid myocarditis/ pericarditis and other vascular infections were not common in relation to viral infections; why then are they suddenly being accepted as common occurrences with the vaccine?
I do not think it is normal or an acceptable risk for a healthy teen or young adult to have this happen.

The vaccine trains and primes our bodies ready to meet the actual infection, so that means it sets off an immune response similar to that of a natural infection (without the ability of the virus to replicate and take over our bodies) part of the immune response is an inflammatory response as well, so it makes sense that it could happen.
But this response doesn’t happen with EVERY infection, but in covid in particular, it has been.
One of my friends 22 y.o daughter had a heart attack after her shot and now has permanent major heart damage. She's been referred to the heart failure clinic. She was perfectly healthy before this.

31 year old female; was admitted to the hospital for checkups due to strange heart palpitation, weakness in arms and legs, shortness of breath and strange feeling in the back of my head 1 day after my second dose of Pfizer back in May. They couldn't find anything wrong and thankfully the symptoms went away after that day but that's why I'm not taking the booster until we have a much better understanding of this. One of my friends had such extreme myocarditis after the jab he has been told he needs a transplant in 5 years. I'm not antivax but i think these incidents are under reported. The doctors he dealt with weren't interested in reporting it and said its probably a coincidence, why is that?
He said the undertaker who visited the hospital said he'd sadly seen a few young men with the same problem.
What's the rate of of increase? Young adults still get myocarditis, and how would you know if you got myocarditis from Covid or the vaccine? Like that NHL hockey player that refused the vaccine but now has heart conditions from actually getting Covid. I'm still unvaxxed but that story kind of unnerved me
@@Kitajima2 I do think in this case and a few others I've seen it seems a bit of a coincidence it's after the jab. He was covid negative at the time and had passed a full medical 6 months prior. The odd thing was he suffered from chronic palpitations after the first one. I agree it's very hard to narrow down but i think open ended discussion and more attentive reporting is absolutely key at this point.

I just had my jab the other day (mandated for me to stay employed) in New Zealand ... I asked them to aspirate the needle as you've suggested and the nurse said she would ... then didn't! Of course I queried it and she said it "wasn't government best practice", then saying she hadn't expected me to look while she was doing it and said they would aspirate if they were specifically asked to. When I mentioned that I had asked she simply said "I forgot ... and you shouldn't believe Facebook conspiracies"! I'd actually written down the medical journal that information came from, along with which Doctors peer reviewed it (including one in New Zealand) and she was quite stunned ... think I upset a few people bringing up the aspiration thing but was very angry she said she would then didn't! Do you know how l how long it takes to aspirate when giving a shot? It takes all of 1-2 seconds TOP!!! It is very, very easy, and very, very quick!!!! There is NO EXCUSE for not aspirating on EVERY SHOT GIVEN. Either IM or SQ.

Without you, I hate to think what would have happened to me; I felt so pressured to have a second dose of mRNA vaccine despite after my first mRNA me having - for the first time in my life - symptoms of a heart attack, irregular heart beat, numbness, sudden unexplained fatigue, swollen eyes and changed vision, spasms, burning skin. My family doctor's clinic just waved it all away as being normal and a seasonal allergy!
I still have heart beat irregularities 1.5 yrs on; I lost my job, couldnt apply for another etc. No compensation.
I admit that I do not know anybody personally that has had an adverse reaction to this vaccine or anybody that has died suddenly after getting the vaccine. However, that does not mean that I dismiss peoples reports of illness afterwards. I don't understand how any doctor, or even friends and family, could encourage somebody to get another vaccine when they had such a bad reaction to the first one. I don't care what vaccine it is, if you react to it, you certainly don't want to get it again and I don't know why doctors can't figure that out.

Try looking at videos on massaging the Carotid Artery or Carotid Sinus Massage. Look this up. When I have heart palpitations i find the pulse rate on the right side of my neck and gently massage this area. This helps ease heart palpiations. Have your doctor check that you do not have any clotting in the artery before you attempt this. But please look into this
This is a good and timely analysis. I myself have taken the two doses of Pfizer vaccine because I weighted in the potential risk of getting infected while being unvaccinated vs getting the vaccine (im in my early 40s and healthy') . A big Part of my reasoning to take the vaccine at the time (last dose was in the summer) was because I was told (at the time) it should have lowered my chances of catching it and transmitting it when I visit my older parents in their early 70's (a high risk group). Now it seems more troubling trends are coming in. Immunity is waning in the vaccine, there is some potential evidence but not yet conclusive of long terms harm of this increase Endothelial Inflammatory Markers (keep hearing about soccer players getting heart attacks on the field all over the world? not sure how significant it is) , new variant with 30 mutations in South Africa seems to spreading rapidly (potentially better at avoiding immunity) and although it lowers my chances of hospitalizations and death for the time being, catching the virus + transmitting it still remains about the same as not being vaccinated.
More troubling trends seem to be popping up in the country of Israel who have vaccinated over 40% of their citizens with their 3rd dose of the MRNA vaccine as cases have been lowered (at this time)but are still moving along and some experts are mulling for a possible 4th dose?!!! I know in Canada & the UK there are currently age restrictions on the booster dose based on one's health and age. However looking at the current trend its seems as we are poised to all be encouraged or coerced ( no matter the age or health condition ) to take the"booster shot" in the near future while any talk about potential long term harm of the vaccine will simply be buried away and condemned while being treated as "Anti-vaxxer conspiracy".
At this point unless I see some really good data, I may avoid getting the booster shot when it will probably be offered to me in a couple of months. I think I am done with all this hysteria of getting vaccinated just to wait for the next big wave around the corner and have to do this again in another 5-6 months. I will probably just wait for the Covid medications in the pipeline coming (hopefully) sometimes in the late spring/early summer to use if I happen to catch Covid and it bypass whatever immunity I may still have at the time. My only hope is that there aren't going to be any residual side effects or severity from either the infection or the remnants of vaccine.

I am not against the vaccine for people who are at higher risk, but in my own case the "benefits" are literally zero. It is agreed by almost all medical services worldwide that my own immunity due to previous infection is nearly equal to a full vaccination. Since I already have heart issues from working in the tropics and having Malaria previously, none for me thanks.

As a nurse for 25 years in the states, I never much listened to the protocol of not aspirating after needle insertion. I always did a check for blood return. I think it saved my a$$ because I had blood return on a haldol decanoate once which is an oil based antipsychotic drug. I can’t imagine what 3-4ml of oil would do to the organs. To aspirate means to insert the needle to the location/position within the body where the shot will go, and BEFORE depressing the plunger, FIRST pull the plunger back and see if blood rushes into the syringe. If so that means the tip of the needle is inside a blood vessel such that if you proceeded to give the shot the contents would immediately be put into the patient's circulatory system, and not into the muscle where it is meant to be administered.
This was hammered into our brains in med school (Switzerland and Egypt) - even and especially also with vaccines. What they're doing today is simply criminal. Period!

I was a long distance swimmer and runner. I have served in the military. Had numerous EKG checkups with top notch results. It's been 2 years after I took my 2nd dose of Pfizer and one week ago I did a yearly medical checkup to get a new seamans healh certificate and they have found traces of mitral and trucuspid regurgitation on my heart. I am now sent for a heart CT scan. I am shocked to receive such news. I wish I could return time and NEVER take this vaccine even if that meant losing my job as a seaman.

Sad I see this only 10 months later being now October. Got covid 4 times, first before vacs came out. Then covid between vacs and twice after. Still went for the booster. Now have racing heart moments, and breathlessness so am now on COPD meds. Doctors didn't listen to me thought I was relating panic attacks. Got third doctor to pay attention. However, I think it's both heart and lungs, as also both dependent on each other. I'm still hopeful at 62 that I will recover without life long meds. Given the opportunity again, I would never have the vaccinne and I couldn't be paid to ever have one again. My girlfriend got all three of the boosters. she’s been healthy and she’s then and she exercises and walks 4 miles a day today she went to her doctor and was informed she has a heart murmur? Having watched a news report on this yesterday on GBNews, the cardiologist on there also remarked about lots of anecdotal evidence amongst that community of heart problems in age groups that should not be having problems. If this is correct there will be a lot of public health officials that will find themselves on the wrong side of history, they will not be forgiven and they will have nowhere to hide.
He also mentioned that many other factors, such as bad diet, could be the cause . This needs to be investigated more before we can jump to conclusions.

There is a video on GBN channel, where there is an interview with Dr Aseem Mulhotra, a top cardiologist from London.
He feels that there is a case for the cessation of vaccine mandates in view of this.
There has been a very high increase in heart attacks since May, which is very disturbing and he says this is particularly close to his heart as his own father has recently passed from a heart attack.
He also stated that another research group had found similar findings but were not publishing due to concerns of funding being withdrawn by big pharma!!!

In my view keeping a critical eye on both is the only rational thing to do so no wonder you (and many of the rest of us) change opinion on things. Had Moderna booster 2 years ago. 6 weeks later tested positive Covid. Couldn't get well, 4 months later diagnosed with heart attack, Angiogram carried out, stent inserted. Chest pain every day since. Many visits to A & E, Angiogram results recheck, diagnosis was 'severe disease affecting tiny blood vessels in heart'. 4 months later I had a 2nd angiogram different hospital, diagnosed with 'Anxiety'. 12 months after stent Antiplatelet drug was stopped. My symptoms suddenly got much worse, chest pain, extreme fatigue, brain fog etc. Am back on Antiplatlets and can just about manage, although still experience chest pain every day. Went for a heart MRI 3 weeks ago, results to yet available.

Hello Dr John. This has awful implications, but not really surprising news. (The example of Thalidomide comes to mind). I feel bullied by my government and the medical institutions into taking the vaccine. We have no access to Ivermectin or other alternatives in Australia, to be able to manage our own choices, and still be able to work and pay our bills. I feel a global crime against humanity is being committed by the pharma companies and the regulatory bodies concerned, especially when it comes to suppressing information about effective alternative treatments.

Ivermectin is available for horses. In NZ at least, you can order vet supplies online. Failing that, it should still be prescribed for things like scabies, but I don't know if your doc would verify that.

Thank you for your hard work and research Doctor Campbell. I received 2 Moderna shots in late 2021, 6 months later I started having chest pain, headaches, neck pain and sleeping issues. Dec 31 2022 I was diagnosed with a heart attack in the ER and they stented my left anterior artery, 2 weeks later the cardiologist recommended another stent in the right coronary artery. I passed cardio rehab with no problem but a few months later I was diagnosed with vertigo, now I have to see an Ear Nose and Throat doctor and Neurointerventional radiology. I felt fine before the vaccine but after my neighbor almost died from Covid and family peer pressure I got the untested, un-approved MRNA experimental vaccine.

Add the fact that the fda and Pfizer has been hiding myocarditis events and actively trying to delay their FOIA requests to 75 years is some damning circumstantial evidence, with direct evidence incoming once the court oder document release in 10 months is completed.

I’m a Respiratory Therapist and in the last 6 months of 2023 we have received several ppl coming in ages 35-60 having strokes and heart attacks and heart rhythm issues ( a-fib). It’s not by coincidence. I personally after the first jab went into SVT and had ablation done.
