@@mushrafansari707first, it is not necessary that he is himself working such long hours, or did that all his life. There are people who work 7 hour a day during their entire job and close to retirement they start working 11 hour a day.
During the initial period of my career I used to clock in 15 hours a day, I.e 75 hours a week. At one point of time I had straightly worked 22 hours with no sleep. Overall I had some health issues. But never faced any ❤ problems.

I worked in a IT job day and night in random shifts in huge pressure. Due to lack of sleep, pressure, random shifts, low pay scale, toxic work culture. My managers gave me hopes for better pay, skills and position and kept using me in low paying job for 4 years. I have developed a pro longed disease. And I am just 32 right now. I too have started getting pain around my heart area. As the company is service based when the project is gone all our efforts go into vain. Nobody remembers what you did for the project. It’s always a new start. And if you don’t perform everyday they will think you never did anything for the company.

India seriously needs to bring strict regulations on work hours for employees at private or non governmental organizations. They must be imposed strongly. Rest, sleep, work and leisure needs to be seriously balanced to keep the young and working population intact who also pay a huge indirect and direct tax and also impacts GDP.

My uncle was vaccinated with janssen, months after he complained about feeling unwell but he can't exactly describe it. He decided to have a general check up and the doctor found a blood clot in his heart. He was scheduled for surgery right away. He's feeling better now but it's not the same anymore as before.
Your uncle didn't have blood clot, but had good insurance to pay for heart surgery.
I had blood clot, no insurance and after couple of aspirins and bed rest I am completely healthy and feeling fine.

Some tips to all those having pain..
Remember mind controls the body.
1. Show yourself to a cardiologist .. take a second opinion from another one as Medical profession is now a buisness making machine.
2. Relax , slow down your life.
The way you think is the way you breathe and is the way your heart functions.
3. Dont make money, be satisfied with what you have , instead make memories.
4. Switch to traditional Indian system of food and living.
5. Practice spirituality, have faith in God... we Hindus have so many.
6. Yoga will help 100% especially Pranayam .. the ancient Hindu system of breathing exercise.
7. Throw your mobile to a side and meet your friends . Be in a company of friends and relatives.
8. Take a vacation even if its of one day.
9. Limit coffee and tea.. and alcohol too.
10. Let go of ego and conflicting situation.
11. Sleep whenever you feel physically or mentally exhausted.
12. Be kind to yourself... desires will never end.
I am having issues since last 10 years.. and this is what i have found and shared above. Of course everybody is different so different set of routine may be applicable for them.

I used to work at a cardiology clinic and we used to get at least 6-7 people every day who claimed to have heart issues after covid vaccine. But doctors always wrote that we cannot make the correlation. This was in Canada.

My dad suffered kidney failure after 2months of taking 2nd dose of vaccine, He passed away during 1st session of Dialysis. I also know few more people who suffered kidney failure after taking the vaccine. But none claim that it’s because of the vaccine. I assume that it may not effect healthy people, but it effected weak people, my dad was diabetic and few others were having issues like family history, hypertension, Renal stone etc.. But they were leading normal life, soon after vaccination CKD triggered 😢

Most of them are vaccinated with Indian non-MRNA vaccine. Point to note is some of these people had multiple infections of covid. Every infection leaves you sicker and damages vital organs and vascular system. Stop trying to blame the vaccines.

When I was young, I used to go school everyday on foot, and there was no junk food concept or availability. Nowadays the parents along with their kids frequent to have junk food. There's hardly any physical activity. The heart has got adjusted itself to this kind of lifestyle. The young children would have gradually worked out at least a month or two before engaging themselves in physical activities like playing Garbha.

I was really strong, though diabetic I never felt tired in my work place, Worked as a business head, travelled extensively. Post covid, my blood pressure has come down, the reading looks like 110/65 most of the days, on drinking water, the blood volume increases & gets to normal. I had two vaccine doses and I skipped the booster dose. I really wanted to know, is any one facing a low blood pressure issue.
I lost my younger brother, within 50 days of second vaccine dose, he was 45 years, the report said cardiac arrest. Now getting to this article/ news I repent, he could have survived with out the COVID vaccination.

I was vaccinated, after my heart beats increased rapidly, i couldn't walk morethan 2 km, after i tired, i could walk 10 km before, now i cant, feels anxiety and depression, india govt should answer this

1. Only 6 hrs shift with same salary for private,govmt & even small local shops employees ,as technology already supporting work
2. Two shifts should be there 9 to 3pm and 12 to 6pm, choose anyone.
3. Only 5 days working and 2 weekends must for all for rest and stress relief
i disagree. Considering the unemployment the shifts must be 4 hours
And the holidays must be 2 consecutive days and one midweek. Like some people can pick sat sun and wed. Other can pick sun mon and thursday. That way everything keeps working everyday and everyone has enough time for themselves, family and firends, Life is so much more than being a corporate slave. Even schools need to be changed
