Wow, while I haven't played any of these games the gameplay ideas on display here feel so refreshing. This project clearly had a lot of care and attention put into it
@@matofilipovic7818 i'm still busy loving Astro Bot. I was gonna try take some time off gaming to focus on projects after it, but looks like there's too much else to play. :O
That resurrection mechanic faintly resembles the continue mechanic of Nightshade, where you're put in a Bond-esque trap you have to defuse to earn the right to continue, but looks simpler and much better
Just learning about this game thanks to this video. The concept of fake collections is not totally new, but I think this is the first time I see it this fully fledged. I want to try it.
I’m so glad I’ve only been aware of this game since June, I can’t imagine waiting 7+ years like some people have. I would honestly pay up to 50 dollars for a game like this, though I doubt it will be that much.
I was extremely hesitant about the price already, as I didn't know anything about the game and assumed the games would be about as deep as WarioWare style minigames. I figured each game would be fun for a couple minutes at most. I had to take a leap of faith and trust everyone saying this game was awesome. I am glad I did though, this is the most fun I've had with a new game in a long while. The only thing I can think of to make this game better would be built in online play in the way that the Switch's virtual console works. The handful of co-op and versus focused games will probably not get played as much for me without that. I'd care more if it was a 50$ price tag though. As it is, 50 cents per game is an absolute steal for how good some of them are. I'd pay 10 bucks for expanded versions of a couple of these games. I'd drop a few bucks just on Quibble Racing lmao.
Yeah, there are some really great ideas here. I would love to see a new game like this for SNES with just a bunch of really well made games like this on one cart.
I've only gotten one gold cartridge (Night Manor), but I'm well on my way through Rock On! Island (seems underrated in the lineup, I haven't seen many people bringing it up)
now for the last mystery - the price I'll pay any amount of course, but i'm just really curious what the hell you price a collection of 50 full games that you've been working 9 years on
UFO 50 on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/1147860/UFO_50/
I'm so happy you felt the Clock Tower inspiration when checking out Night Manor :D
PAUL! I hope the success of UFO 50 emboldens you to make Madhouse as good as it can be :)
@@rudeboyspodcast I will strive for that no matter what!
The game is also getting a remake as well
When I went in the garage and saw the car, I was like "oh no, not this again".
Wow, while I haven't played any of these games the gameplay ideas on display here feel so refreshing. This project clearly had a lot of care and attention put into it
So many of these games feel like they were made specifically for you. Glad you're enjoying the collection, can't wait to dive in myself.
I had no idea this was even a thing. Now it's wishlisted. Thanks!
Buy it now you won't regret it I'm insanely addicted and I've only dusted off 10 games so far Magic Garden alone is GOTY
Can't believe it's finally coming out, and we're getting The Plucky Squire the day before too. Insane week for games.
yeah that looks great! And Beyond Shadowgate coming very soon too. life is good
Plucky Squire, UFO50, Marvel vs Capcom Collection, Grapple Dog sequel........ it is a lot in such a short time frame

@@matofilipovic7818bakeru for me, and skygunner when it goes to ps plus like plucky squire. Great month with this game and the others.
Derek Yu is s badass this is one of the best concepts that they created..
I haven't been this excited for a game in years. This is going to be so awesome!
I come from the land of Jaboody, and we all fell for Rock-On Island, a simple tower defense about cavemen and dinosaurs, but it hit the mark for us.
When you said if you don't like Karnov, what if wrong with you? I was sold.
I can’t believe this is finally here. Thanks for the great content yet again, man.
Can’t believe this is actually coming out, thanks for the heads up can’t wait
if you're on the fence...cuts to game with fence. Burst, never change
I'm glad someone caught that :D
Very excited for UFO 50 now. Thanks for the video!
Youre really good at this. Earned a sub. Great preview of this collection dude!
This looks amazing, thanks for the video Burst gonna have to pick this one up, as long as it doesn't retail for $200.
$200 would still be underpaying ;)
Luckily it definitely won’t be that much hahah
Action 52 was an actual crime
Man I'm digging the music and sound effects here. Total MSX2 vibes.
This looks super cool. Gonna definitely grab this as soon as it's available.
Very excited for this project, gonna play it for many, MANY hours!
This looks amazing.
These look so lovely! Wishlisted.
Rad. Now I see why you and arnpoly were getting hyped up over this one. Thanks for the video
looks awesome, i'll def be picking this one up!
So excited for this game. It’s been so many years since the announcement.

Imagine having a brand new full NES and SNES collection but every game is actually a GOATED version of it... that's UFO 50
This looks amazing!
that pingolf game alone makes this 👹👌🏼🥰🥳

oooo! warptank looks amazing as well ❤
Good job man this looks like fun
I loved attactics also, what a collection ❤
This looks super cool
I found myself enjoying the more puzzly games of the collection, like camouflage or block koala

hehe... Waldorfs Journey! 😂😂❤
This is the kind of thing I wish could be converted and then ported to a 16-bit cartridge for collectors...

Oh man I wanna play Valbrace
Definitely would be down for the one that looks like Blaster Master inside an arena.
Burst Error made me miss a car payment
I thought this was never going to come out.
I knew I smelled a fellow karnovian!
Looks awsome.

Rock On seems cool! need to play that one more
Rock on is very boring and tedious.
Definitely buying this if the price is affordable.
wow, thx YT for rec
Hey! It'd be awesome to see you eventually review every game. Consider me invested!
Warptank looks incredible. Damn the quality on these is absurd. Hope this comes to consoles too!!
I know at least a couple people who will want to jump right into this game after I link them to this video.......
I don't know why, but I always look for a console release despite the fact that I own a 'steam deck'!
I am loving Pingolf. I am trying to destroy all the destructibles in a round. My PB is kill all in 55 Strokes.
that goal actually sounds pretty fun XD
this looks amazing, I wish it was on switch
I'm going to buy this on Steam, but if they released this for Evercade, I would totally buy an Evercade just for the added immersion
this is so good for steam deck or the switch, wishlisted, but first, i need to check price, they are 52 games, so how well will it be priced ?
Party House is far and away my favorite game.
Party House is so good, it's growing into one of my favorites for sure
its so strange to see people say valbrace is procedurally generated. buddy, those maps are all the same and i've drawn them
@@dwarf17342 you’re right, I misspoke on that point and forgot to fix it in the editing process.
Pingolf looks like an interesting idea for a stale genre of golf games. Too bad nobody came up with something like that during 8-16 bit era.

Guess this means 8-bit indie games are done if it takes 50 of them to make money. Lots of people can't believe this game is finally coming out.
I tried it and asked for a refund. It plays exactly like Action 52. Very outdated.
Unlike action 52 the games aren't complete garbage...
All the games look awful and outdated. The sounds and music are like nails on a chalkboard. What a truly horrible collection.
LOL what an awful take. I disagree totally. This game is a blast and has so much effort put into it.
super contra 6 !! pog
