Excellent video, thank you. Your videos are super helpful. I would like to see a video on how to stop drifting. I'm right handed and I drift 10 boards to the right. Thanks for all your hard work putting these videos together.
Struggling with a 3 step approach in front of the ball return. Ethan Fiore is great at this. I always feel I'm a bit early and not very athletic. If you can get a 2 hander here and cover these drills again, it would be amazing 🎉❤
I took a coaching lesson once and we did this and maybe it's just me but I feel like doing these serve their purpose however, I don't feel like it applies when you're in game with all the different variables.
Few weeks ago I was struggling with my approach and release. Couldn't hit the pocket and missed several easy spares. Changed focus to thinking 1 step drill at the end of my approach. Physical game improved and marked 10 consecutive frames. Ive done about a 1000 1 step drills in the past year. They can definitely benefit your game
I can see what you're saying! When you break it down and focus on/master one variable at a time, it becomes significantly easier over time with adding more and more variables.
I need to start going drills instead of getting in full approach becsuse ive been stuck my average did go up but now im stuck it never goes higher. I did start doing drills for a whole game but i always reverted back 😢 thank you, i appreciate you. Time goes into these videos and you have helped.
Totally bummed to find out you're human, UGH! 🤪 I use a slight variation of these drills when I practice. I just don't practice enough. Thanks for your thoughts on this!
great question! I almost always target the arrows but sometimes when I'm trying to lay the ball down earlier or slow my speed, I'll target closer to the dots.
on the shot I spun? -- the track travels further away from fingers/thumb the more you tilt/spin in. The more you stay behind it, the closer the track is to fingers/thumb, and the more of the circumference of the bowling ball you use -- here's where I explain it a little more: ua-cam.com/video/pDRYr42gP1E/v-deo.htmlsi=h7Ly6JZL2XlOwR45

ahhhh, yes, 2 handed bowling....that's most definitely not an area of expertise (yet? lol). I'll see what I can plan!! thanks for the comment.
Gorgeous! The video is great too. Thanks for some practice ideas!
@@BowlingG0D1 thank you!!

They're a "necessarily evil" ...so helpful and yet so mundane sometimes. Thanks for your continued support Steph!!
Your california Vocal Fry accent thingie is really strong.
lol I have no idea what that means. I'm Canadian and have lived in NE, RI, NH, and MI.
Thanks for the comment!
@bowlwithVALue despite your vocal fry, this video was quite helpful 🎳👍🏻🤣

@@KoolBell4AU 😆🤣 I really wish I was a robot sometimes!
Thanks for your comment. Drills are a “necessary evil” right?!
👍👍👍👍

My bowling alley doesn't have a line on the approach. They don't even have any pins. They use empty beer bottles. 😂
lolllll
When you are doing this drill, what is your focus point to hit each time?

What did the track show?
