Bummer of a job 😕 you can get to the cable connectors via the drivers side wheel arch, there's a rubber cover to pull off, mot much room but I've managed to grease the ball joint couplings as they are nylon bushes that wear out. I haven't the problem you have with the stiff gear leaver it this was just a preventative measure. The slave cylinder pin down there also becomes corroded and rusty, usually a clean off and grease up help to keep the pedal light but recommend replacing it with a clutch change !
I had a drain fitted. During draining I started passing out..my oxygen levels would drop below 90 and BP would plummet. They used a vacuum bottle know as a "rocket drain" . Thank you for your videos.
