Big up, your recovery has been seriously good and is giving me confidence post cast. Time to prove your surgeons wrong. Were you private or NHS?
Had a buddy who broke his hand and has told me post cast to smash grip training (like the captain of crush kit). P.s. for raw milk maybe try the gog farm shop?

I had a non fault motorcycle crash a month ago fractured my scaphoid and it was displaced so i had internal fixation with a screw it was quite painful after surgery and my fingers looked like sausages but I'm currently in a cast so i can't move my thumb hopefully it heals properly so i can get back to riding.

I had surgery done on Monday, non union displaced and needed a bone graft from my hip, I’ve got minimal inflammation but still in the cast. Hope everything works out for you

Hello again, I’m curious about all my X-rays and information too as they didn’t give me much when I left hospital! I have requested from the hospital all my X-rays and the surgeons notes on my injury. They said it may take 30 days to get to me via post. As soon as I receive it I will upload all of the information so you know exactly what Injury I sustained and all my x rays.Thanks hope that will help
