Hey man its really inspiring Others to get out of ther comfort zone and do try to work out in any way possible without hurting the wrist .I had a scaphoid surgery in June 23 and still can’t able to do push ups , as you also had mentioned earlier how long its gonna take . My wrist mobility and strength is also just as yours .Just keep hustling man.
I have been working out 4-5 time a week for the past 4 years. Suddenly I broke my scaphoid bone on September while playing soccer. So, I just had a scaphoid surgery like 2 weeks ago. Initially, after learning how crucial this bone is to wrist movements and the complications on healing process , I felt afraid thinking I won’t ever be able to get back to normal. However, watching your videos gives me hope that I will be alright as the time go. Thank you!
