These videos are really helping me. 2 weeks away from cast coming off and you question why there is still pain. Good to see someone else’s journey.
Good work Michal!
Fantastic stuff
thankx very knowledgeable video for us...😊
Good job
Peptides, bpc157 and tb500 while in the cast. Now that im out of the cast im going to use tb-500 and very low dose lgd4033. Keep your protein intake high also supplement vit c, scillica and collogen. Your diet is literally the most important thing to heal. Alot of people arent educated enough to do this and alot of Drs are sssshhhiitttt
OMG bro 😮🎉
Hi! I had a tear without displacement and I was not operated on, I have been immobilized for 8 weeks and this is my third week of rehabilitation, I am the same as you, very little mobility and from what you show I have a long way to go.
Thanks for the video, it's incredible but there is little information about the rehabilitation progress, even less in Spanish speakers.
How is it now bro I’m going through the same thing I’ve been immobilized for about 3 weeks
@@slyck007 Hi, be patient brother, I was in a cast for 8 weeks and then 4 weeks in rehabilitation (rehabilitation basically consists of painful stretches applied by the physiotherapist, some electro and a little exercise for the forearm). Be patient, the important thing is that the bone heals well and then recover the mobility of the entire hand, because it remains disabled and weak. After 4 months I have strength and my hand is 95% functional although I have some pain (similar to that of a small blow, nothing major) that I think will disappear with a couple more months and doing some exercise.

How is it now?
Any regrets getting the surgery? I had a fx that wasn’t healing so I had surgery 2 days ago
No regrets 😁
I’m currently on 5th week in splint and pain still with me. Wondering what will be later. Thanks for the video
I was 8 weeks and had the same doubt. Don't be afraid, I had less pain in week 3, however later on I had pain again until week 8. Once they removed the plaster I realized that much of the pain came from worsening skin, it was red and weak.
@@pabloan90 thannks. How are you now ? My doctor said that itt's normal case.
How is it now it's can heal how much time weight lift
@@saikiran1317 11 weeks. Still in cast. Had less pain but still painful
@@andrii5866 Damn, I fractured mine beginning on August. Put a cast on to begin with and then hard cast. But when I went to get my hard cast put on they said it didn't heal and needed surgery. After surgery it was good and it kinda felt better than it did before. Couple weeks down the line with my surgery complete and waiting to go back to hospital, I was then told it didn't heal again after surgery. I've now been told if it doesn't heal within 6 weeks I will have to have surgery once again. So yeah it's been tough couple of months and I hope everyone in the comment section recovery fully!.
And
Broke mine about 8 weeks ago, also got a screw and wires too. My hand is still swollen even with pins out. How long did swelling last for you? Thanks.
2 years
@@RichBoyLiving 2 years? Wow, my swelling is nearly gone at this stage.
@@countsmyth yea for it to feel back to normal
@@countsmyth the real question is will we develop Arthritis down the road?
@@RichBoyLivingA distinct possibility.
Did you treat the fracture immediately or after months?
Immediately it was treated, watch the link in the description (first video) as it explains the operation. Thank you:)
@@michalmadness How long does your scaphoid bone heal?
How is it bro??
Can you do press ups?
@@addil15 yes I can, no problem with it
