You may book the exam all year long, there is no cut off date anymore. You can book for the nearest upcoming month even by end of the month.

Hi, may I know which instrument are you taking the exam for? It would be easier to assist you from there as each instrument has different technical work, hence the confusion you have.

Depending on your grade, you will have to prepare 1 section (grade 1-5) and 2 sections (grade 6-8) from the list. State the sections of your choice in programme form. If doing section 3 exercises, also list down the two exercises that you will be playing in programme form. Refer 07:06 of the video for guidance.

Wanted to ask for own choice piece, do I need to bring the original book during recording or a copy from the original book will be alright?
Hi! There is no own choice piece for Trinity digital exam. All pieces must be selected from the Trinity exam syllabus.

Hi there, is online exam booking available at all times? Or does it only valid until a certain date?
Hi JT. I suppose it would depend on your region. For Malaysia, we can book the exam anytime and select the month of submission. However there is a cut off date (around 14th) for the nearest available month. Say, after Nov 15 you won't be able to register for December submission but you can still book for other months.

Just wondering, does Trinity show the examiner signature/name/code on its digital exam report like it did in the face-to-face exam? I received a report which is without any of those.

Candidate should choose 1 set of scales & arpeggios from set A or B, and 2 exercises from different group.

Hi, no you will need to have the original book or ebook purchased online (for ebook you’re required to show the authorisation/proof of purchase in the video)

Hi, what if the candidate forgot to show the scales paper in front of camera before playing? Is it ok?
Hi, it’s best for you to seek advice from your local Trinity representative or Trinity London office via email. Candidate is advised to show the paper in order to avoid infringement, as the scales should be played from memory.

Hi @Bedanta. You will have to film the 3 exam pieces and technical work according to your preferred order. The angle should clearly show the candidate's face, instrument and original book. You may check out 03:48 and 04:59 of the video for clarity.

one of my student enrolled for keyboard by mistake because actually she was supposed to enroll for piano but now the online portals are open can we change the course once the portals are open.

Hello, can we still have a chance to exam the 2021-23 Trinity College London Piano syllabus next year (2024) ? In others words, is 2021-23 Trinity College London Piano syllabus still valid for 2024 exam for that very whole year as a compensation?
Hi, the new update from Trinity states 2021-23 syllabus will remain valid indefinitely. The new book cover will be amended to 'from 2021' to reflect the change.

Trinity does not have specification on the attire (for diploma, yes formal wear is required) so it should be fine with slippers. However, usually we advice candidates to wear smart casual.

Hi, for Trinity there is drum exam under rock & pop category and also drum kit exam under classical/jazz category. The exam requirements for rock & pop may differ from classical digital exam which this video is based on. Below are some links for your reference.

Hello mam. , For keyboard (initial grade) exam , If student select exercises so In submission form which option should be select option 2 or option 3 ? This little confusion because in Trinity book there are 2 option given 1st for scales & 2nd for exercise but In Trinity guideline sheet 3 option showing for initial grade . So please guide for that , & If student want to play first exercise & then pieces so In the submission form bottom side of composer name & title needs to write exercise names or this one we have to write ' list below the titles of exercises or studies...' in that space ? & In the last ' please sign this declaration ' in this box needs to do signature or just type the name .please guide. Regardless of order of performance, list down the exam pieces in the provided column (composer, title) in upper part of the form. And exercises should be listed in the boxes below. Refer to 07:06 of the video for guidance.
You just have to type in the name for declaration, as stated in the form.

Hi, yes you can enter grade 8 exam directly
1 John 5:7 is one...yes, 3 but really, it is One! Father is in Heaven, Messiah prayed to him and worships him. Holy Spirit is God Gen 1:2 and John 15:26 kjv...not Messiah, Messiah asked and God sent him, which is really himself. Now, who is the word? John 14:24, 14:10 and John 12:49:50 kjv. So, you say Messiah is one with God, I agree! Yes...and if you have the spirit, you are one with God.....So, that doesn't make him God does it? No!
Godhead? What is that....every body (body - Christians, those of Faith) has a head, Messiah is that Head, he leads us in worshipping our Father, he is the Cornerstone!
Still not satisfied? How about answering a few questions.
1) Can God be tempted by Satan? No! Yet, Messiah was was, three times!
2) Can God die....Messiah died as the Lamb of God....He is the Lamb of God, right? Not God!
3) Who raised the very dead Messiah? God! Romans 9:10 kjv Messiah was the offering for the New Covenant, not God but the Lamb of God!
4) Mark 14:36 kjv "not my will but thy will be done" So, who's will be done, if not Messiah's then it must be God. Does God pray to himself? No...he is God!
5) Who is High Priest in the order of Melchizedek....God is no Priest, he is God.
6) Duet 18:18-19, Acts 3:22-23, John 14:24 kjv.....Acts 2:22 kjv explain? Who is like Moses, ever compared Messiah and Moses? and yes, Messiah is part Levi!
7) Who is the Chosen One, the Anointed of God......who is the Lamb? Somebody picked Messiah.....he was hand picked and Messiah did the will of our Father. Again, not God.
8) Who is the servant? Is the servant greater than he who sent him? I think John 13:16 kjv I believe that's the verse....God is no man's servant but Yeshua is the servant of our Father!
9) who is the first fruits? GOD is not first fruits, he is God....The only Begotten Son is our Father's first fruits Jeremiah 2:3 and 1 Corinthians 15:20 kjv
10) Who dwells in Messiah? Who is the Living Tabernacle? Mark 14:15, Eph 2:20-22 kjv
11) Who is the Lamb in Revelation Cht 5...
12) John 3:16 not God but the Son....do you believe?
13) When the Apostles ask if they could set at the Right/Left Hand what was Yeshua's reply? Matthew 20:21-23 kjv It's not his decision but our Father's.
14) When does Messiah return? and if he doesn't know and we know God knows all....Brother, you have a problem with this trinity thing!
I could keep going with the questions and I answered most for you but I think you understand, the trinity is bad teaching, false doctrine. God is One but who is Israel? Isaiah 45:13 and 15 kjv and Isaiah 43:15 kjv. and Jeremiah 2:3 kjv....My friend, you are learning...only stick with scripture.
If you understand who is talking as in John 7:16-17 kjv Please read it Carefully, Messiah is the vessel of our Father. Last note: read Joseph and Pharaoh starting in Genesis Cht 37 to the end......replace Pharaoh with God and Joseph as Yeshua. Hope this helped. Read everything carefully...don't leave out words and don't add words. I can not find trinity in scripture why? I think you know! Peace!
