Hi, theory exam can be done any day & time within 28 days from registration date. You won’t need to book timing for exam.

Hello mam, when I did exam registration process after filled up candidate first name, family name & email id. I have a confusion regarding question 'presented by ( appers on certificate )'. So should I fill up the candidate name or applicant name ? Please guide it . Thanks.
Hi, usually you will fill up name of the teacher or music school. You can also leave it empty if you would like.

Hello. I will apply for performance Grade digital exam for my daugter. I opened an account. I am a mother. In the personal details section what should I write in username, title, name , surname , date of birth and national id ? Should I write my daugters information ( She is 8 ) or my( parent) information?
Also, there are options suç as First time booking for this candidate and İ am making this entry for myself. Which one should İ choose? This will be my daughter’s first digital exam booking.

Hi, these are the details step for your reference, the booking page has amended slightly from when the video was made.
1. Log in to your account (applicant account)
2. Click 'public venue & digital exam' box, on the left side of the page
3. Click 'Digital Performance Grade' and select the relevant grade for your daughter
4. 2 options is shown: I have booked for this candidate before (the candidate's details are in the system, search using national ID) and First time booking (details are not yet in the system). For your case, select first time booking since it is the first exam for your daughter.
5. Key in national ID and date of birth, click 'find candidate'
6. Fill in your daughter's information (candidate's information)
7. Proceed to submit and pay.
8. You can upload exam video immediately or within 28 days from exam booking.
9. For next booking, by searching your daughter's national ID, the information will already be in the system. No need to type in manually as you do right now.

I watched a video writing parent’s information . Should I write my daugters information ( She is 8 ) or my( parent) information? I am not sure about this part. The account must be set up in the candidate's name or parent’s ? Also in the presented by part should I write her teacher’s name or leave it empty?
You might be referring to 00:25 part of the video, that is to create applicant account. You should fill in your details (applicant, only for those above 18 only, hence your daughter cannot be the applicant).
Applicant - above 18, can be teacher/parent/guardian
Candidate - student taking the exam
After you have created the account, log in, and follow the steps listed in above comments. From there on you only fill in your daughter's particulars (candidate's information). For the presented by section, it is up to you. It can be teacher's name, music school, or you can leave it empty as well.
You might be asked to fill in candidate's email address to create candidate's account, which is not necessary for your case. You can upload the exam video and receive exam result through applicant account, no need for a separate candidate account for your daughter. It is useful when candidate and applicant (teacher, for instance) don't see each other frequently, and it might be easier for candidate to upload exam video by themselves through candidate account. Result is still received by applicant first, then option to share with candidate through candidate account.
