    Good stuff. Currently I do 3 full body sessions a week. I was thinking of using 1 of the days as a sleeve day where I really concentrate on shoulders and arms.

    Hello Gary, love the videos, i’m 53 years old. Do you recommend this shoulder workout and if so, I like doing a upper/lower split then rest day. I’m happy with my my physique accept my shoulders, how would I incorporate this workout into that or should I change my workout routine?

    It’s all genetics and body type.
    There’s only so much you can do.

      If you watch the video then you will hear the part genetics play. If you are genetically blessed with wide clavicles then wide shoulders come naturally. However, people with narrow clavicles can emphasis the medial delts with their training and still build much wider shoulders. It just takes more work.

    What training split do You recommend with this workout? I have Your Jaked and Ripped over 40 which is the same split. How many times a week do You recommend doing this workout?

      You are correct! This is a good amount of volume for the week. If you start the program keep me updated on your results!

    Good afternoon brother can I build my shoulders with out shoulder press I can do under hand front raises side lateral and rear delt with dumbbells only any other movements for front delt I have pain
