Thanks for these exercises. I have PPPD, which you can read about. I have constant dizziness, without vertigo. These exercises can help with it. I just have to do them now!

@@cheesedippers2094 thank you! I'm sending healing, positive energy to you too! Also, on youtube, check out Joey Remenyi PPPD. She's the true expert. This is what she teaches: Don't just do the exercises. Focus on how you want to FEEL while you do them. Focus on calm, breath, steadiness. Let your brain know that you're more interested in feeling steady, than feeling dizzy.

I have had random vertigo and diziness along with tension headaches for a long time now. I'm seeing a vestibular therapist soon, but in the mean time I will try these exercises, hopefully they will help a bit. I have tried epley manoeuvres in the past but they did not help much.

It probably largely depends on which condition you have. Some can be 'cured' with specific head movements, some are very occasional bouts of extreme dizziness and some come and go but when they are there, they are there constantly for days/weeks/months. I have vestibular neuritis (the last variety) & exercises like this help me cope with the symptoms & function vaguely normally during an episode but they don't make it go away.

Hi, does it help you at all? I almost fell down yesterday. I'm in Canada the OHIO (Canadian government health care) doesn't cover the Vestibular therapy. It's expensive. I've been doing some exercise on my own by watching UA-cam videos.
