Green Fury, the Ta152H is by far my favorite plane. In the 30 battles or so I only died 11 times with 40 kills - I love it! Now I need to use these strategies against fighters.

Ta 152 H is a beast in prolonged fight even at low alt. Sure it doesn't fly as "smooth" as russian fighters for example, because of terrible rudder, but it's not that irritating if you get used to those weird rolls, and when you can predict when they happen.
Could you make a similar video about La-9 - my favourite fighter in WT?
It's very good even at high alt where it's engine is weak.
You would have to deal with low ammo count and low velocity of canons (690m/s with FI-T shells) though.

I was always cautious when fighting these. With their engine power and energy retention they can pull a lot out of their hats.

Glad to see the Ta-152H1 getting more love recently. After a while of using it, I warmed up to it. The damn thing works well at all altitudes and combines the best of the 109 with the 190 Dora's. Certainly better than the 152C-3, that is simply too brick heavy for my taste.
If only it carried more ammo. :(

Hey Green Fury, could you please do a video on the p47d28? Since it's wep/airspawn nerf, it seams that people hadn't been able to use it properly. Despite this, it is still incredibly strong at 4.7 (it gets to 6k meters about 5 seconds faster than the p51d30) and I feel it would really help allied teams if you made a video about the plane.
I'll look into it mate,thats interesting how it gets up there 5 seconds before the p51d30.

George George lol you can carry a match by yourself in the p47d28 lol that's what I love American aircraft. They're not as good furballers, but good energy retention+speed make them the best at soloing multiple enemies in my experience

Hey Green Fury, would the Sea Fury and Tempest mk V eligible for this ? (And additionnally for the bnr tactic described in your previous video with the 152H)
I love this plane the one I prefer to use because most german fighters require altitude and a lot of planes can out turn bf109 and fw190 but with big wings and and an airspawn you have a very good chance of coming on the top

doras are pretty average deez days... they have beed nerfed several times. The elevator of doras is very poor so all you can do is BnZ or defensive flying, using your excellent fokkeh wulf roll rate :)
not really, they have been Nerfed. but I made few videos on the fw 190 anton and the d9, about how to fly them and getting out of tough situations :)
It feels like the Fw series bleed energy way too fast. They're stuck on the defensive pretty quickly, since after a dive there seems to be no chance of getting up to altitude again in good time the way a Bf can. Videos on Fw's likewise look to be mostly about defense. Couldn't find any videos on offensive tactics. If there are some, I'd appreciate a link :) The Ta 152 looks beautiful, power of the Fw with the agility of the Bf, can't wait to unlock it! Soon!

Hope you can make same guide for Fw190 D-12, because it have same armed, lower rank, close performance, but more difficult than Ta152 H.

The energy conversion and retention is better in this version. Not only that but the climb rate seems to be much better for you as well, might as well just bring a k4 as airspawn doesn't seem to matter

Do you use a specific key for every flap mode (landing, takeoff and combat)?
Late but honestly don’t think it matters too much. Simply combat flaps at correct moment puts you in top tier for skill as it is...many players do t use them in fights

back in my time allies fighters always go low altitude and nonofthem coming to high altitude fight versus german props.
Hey can you make a video about outclimbing enemies who are trailing you from a short distance? Like if you get caught at high speed flying completely straight in something like a P-51D with an enemy 1 or 2 kilometers behind you, can you try to zoom climb away from them? I know it depends a lot on your plane and the enemy's plane. Is this possible?
what i do with a p51d30. at alts below 3000 meters, put my nose up just below 10 degree and let the speed carry me, at a faster speed 500+ 600+ kmph I can climb faster than most fighters while keeping my speed. and I reverse on them after getting that distance. but lets say you were at 4000 meters and your fighting a tempest. the tempest will be more sluggish and you have the advantage because of engine performance. so it also depends on the enemy

C3 is faster but...feels more sluggish. i think its fast till about 8 or 9 k in meters. Im working on the Russians and the C3 right now :)

I just bought it and going from the K4 to this is a hard transition. The guns are the hardest thing the get used to for me. I can’t hit shit. And the plane just handles way different than anything else
I can’t dodge them with merges, I just get lazered from ppl doing headons, I do twists and turns away from them but they still rek me

the k4 is mediocre when stock, but when you start getting the engine upgrades it becomes a beast, it climbs very hard and accelerates very fast, basicly get some altitude and you will out climb and out accelerate nearly everything, you can come in for an attack on a plane and if it doesn't go exactly as you want, just disengage get some seperation and re engage on your terms, don't force anything, against most planes you can just disengage and re engage at will

I know this is older but im planning on making a review soon as well showing how to climb faster than K-4s and out turn spits bearcats and h5s as well as what not to do but this tactic is very effective as well im just more iffy with it because if you dont pay attention and do this move someone else can just grab you up mid hammerhead very good though c:

Mid altitude: maybe try turnfighting less maneuverable planes
Low altitude: Go batshit crazy
Most of teammates stay at low altitude and i dont really know how to hep them...

why do u use takeoff and landing flaps as opposed to constant combat flaps? When should we use takeoff vs landing vs combat flaps in these fights?
Ta 152 dont got combat flaps. Landing flaos make you turn sharper than takeoff flaps and takeoff flaos turn faster than combat, however they bleed alot more energy than combat flaps or takeoff flaps. When to use them depends on situation so i recommend practice.
use them in a stall when you are at theclimax it will lower your stall speed and enable you to turn in on the chaser

D12 can use exactly the same fight style as the ta 152 except you turn worse same goes for the d13 now keep in mind d9 cant use high altitude fighting style since the engine is tuned for low altitude. It took me 4 years to finally understand how to play the doras and ta 152h i still cant play the antons though

I think just becouse a Ta 152H is capable of doing this it dosen't deserves an almost 40K Repair cost, becouse let's be honest how many of pilots can do this? 2/10? I consider my self a good pilot but even for me these manuvers are not so easy and the fact that nowadays not too many people climb to 7K it makes Ta 152H less usable, with a non sense repair cost
all of these didnt work for me i just got outrun by an AD-4 at 6k alt
