Course Description
1 lap all in Abbey Park.
Start and Finish by the boating lake.
Starts with a small loop and then one anti clockwise lap of the south side of the park.
Then a short distance after the lap of the park you take a right turn and head towards the river Soar.
You then run along side the rive until you get to the bridge.
You cross the bridge and do a clockwise lap of the north side of the park.
You come back across the bridge and do around half a lap in an anti clockwise direction before turning into the finish straight.

The bridge was surprisingly tough I thought.
Just takes that bit out of your legs.
I didn’t even notice the cafe in front of me when I ran over the bridge the first time.
