- We're sharing how we turned a vintage dresser into a bathroom vanity with an undermount sink. We found an old dresser on FB Marketplace and transformed it into the bathroom vanity for the recent bathroom makeover we did.

You can actually see my hand helping in this video, for a second! 😂 I design, he builds, with minimal assistance...team work makes the dream work. 😆
excellent job, well done!
Thank you very much!
Love this idea, the vanity’s at Home Depot and Lowe’s and even mar adds just don’t do it for me, Maybe this is just what I’ve been look g for
Only thing I would have done was stained the new pine boards to look like they were meant to be that original shape.
Yes, I do think that would give it a nice finished look!

Love this so much 😍 how long did it take you please?
Beautiful!! Do you like having just drawers instead of hinged doors for your vanity?
Sorry for the delayed response! This vanity is in my parents bathroom and they said they like the drawers just fine. They said there were a couple items that they had to relocate because they were too tall for the drawers . But they said it wasn't a big deal and haven't missed having doors.
Hello. Beautiful! Did you use a water based Spar urethane?
Hi. We used oil based spar urethane. This is what we used: rstyle.me/+ks3dbNxRPpKdXYh6Mn1OuQ
What grit sandpaper did he use.
We used a few different ones. For the bigger rough spots, we used 60. For pretty much everything else, we used 120. For the dresser top, after the stain/finish was on, before we put on the last coat of finish, we used 220.
What are the measurements for your dresser?
Hi! The dresser we used is 41" long, 17.5" deep and 36" high.
@@TheMerrythoughtdid you cut any height from the legs?
We did not cut the legs at all, it was the right height for what we wanted.
