With the capital appreciation and having a solid secondary market, this will create a lucrative market for FCY inflows which is a major requirement in current context.

Importing refined fuel is bad idea as International Gross refining margins have skyrocketed due to limited capacity. Better import crude oil and refine locally, we have world class refineries.

Bringing expat Cars to Sri Lanka..! If that is the case, ask the governor to request dollars from local people in Sri Lanka. If he wants a dollar they must give special benefits to a dollar earning people. At least if someone sends the US $ to their NRFC, those people must recognise and give some benefits to them. What happens if foreign workers don't send money to SL. Can the governor survive?

These are highly skilled occupations, so their package is designed to inline with international rates, not only these people, An experienced System Engineer in the technology sector gets paid up to 400K LKR - 700K LKR in Sri Lanka, so I wouldn't be surprised if CBSL governer gets paid around 2 Million LKR, these are the high demand occupations that Sri Lanka needs now, and your poor little tummy is on their hands now.
