Amazing! It's taken me all day, but customising the layout is definitely the way forward for £7 for 7 days access. I did find that the copied layout into Office 365 signature section through out all the settings and format, so needed to reduce the icons etc in Outlook. I went back and forth to minimise the settings in Gimmio before settling on an amazing HTML signature, all branded perfectly. Thank You. #Bloom
I haven't created a hyperlink for my email or web address and they don't appear on my version of the signature. However, the recipient of the email sees them as an underlined hyperlink. How can I remove that hyperlink altogether?
Hi Tim, Great question! Once you paste your email signature into your email client, most of the time the links will be converted to have underlines and also the text color will change to blue. This is done by the email client so it's easy to identify links. This mainly happens when you have a field in your email signature that looks like an email address or website which doesn't have a hyperlink on it. So, if you have www.example.com in your email signature, but you don't have a hyperlink on it, it will turn to blue in a lot of email clients. To fix this issue, simply log in to Gimmio and add hyperlinks for your email addresses and websites etc and then install your signature.
@@Gimmio I am having the same issue with my signature in gmail. Both email and web address have hyperlinks. I copy the signature, save and all looks great... yet when I compose an email they still appear with the underline.
Hi Jennifer, Yes you can do this. You would need to go to the Layout tab and move the field over to the right column, and then in the left column, create a new image field and add the icon in there. For the other fields below it, simply create a new row for them and repeat as above.
@@Gimmio Thanks! Support had given me detailed instructions which helped. Unfortunately, with everything I did, the character count was too much for gmail. I tried everything to make it as less as possible but it just couldn't get any less. But thanks for the info!
Hi there, You can remove the position field from the Layout tab. Simply select your client's email signature, click on the Layout tab, and then click on the position field and click remove.
Hi Nasia, The signature should definitely work with Outlook. Could you please let me know what issues you're experiencing so I can offer some assistance?
@@Gimmio Hello, thanks for the reply! I have created a signature through Gimmio premium and I wanted to test it with a couple of platforms. I have created it through Chrome and I have placed it at Gmail as a signature. When I first send an email to an outlook account, the signature looked funny (with X as pictures but also different sizes of the lines, etc.). I know that outlook blocks pictures automatically but is there something I can do from my side to not making it look like that?
@@NMpar We're always happy to help you out. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to stop Outlook from behaving as it does in regards to the "X" on the pictures, as well as the formatting. Outlook and Gmail use different HTML rendering engines, which means your signature may look a bit different between the 2 platforms. This is similar to when a website looks slightly different when viewed on Internet Explorer vs Chrome. In regards to the pictures showing up as X's and needing to be downloaded manually, this is standard Outlook functionality, unfortunately, and although you can change the behavior on your own Outlook, you won't be able to change it on everyone else's that you send emails to, so they likely won't see images until they manually download them. However, since you're using Gimmio premium, feel free to email us at support@gimm.io and we will be happy to take a look into it a bit deeper for you.
Hi Kate, you would simply create a new "text" field in the Layout tab and call it Website 2 or similar and also position it to where you would like it to be, by dragging and dropping the field. Then, head over to the Details tab and find the Website 2 field and then fill in the text and the hyperlink for it. Hope this helps.
Hi there, You can create a custom layout by going over to the Layout tab and then clicking "Choose Another Layout" and then "My Custom Layouts". From there, you can save your layout as a custom layout so you can apply it to other groups.

Really helpful, thanks! 👌
How do you edit the sign off? Like the spacing between the sign off and the rest of the signature?
Hi there,
If you simply click on the empty space under the sign-off, you should be able to adjust the spacing that is there.

How do I create my custom layout?
Hi there,
You can create a custom layout by going over to the Layout tab and then clicking "Choose Another Layout" and then "My Custom Layouts". From there, you can save your layout as a custom layout so you can apply it to other groups.
This is completely misleading. If you want to change anything like font size you have to pay! Not free!!!!!
