    I was my daughter’s caregiver while she was fighting leukemia, and I made a thanksgiving dinner. Used the turkey meat and made turkey chili, and I was surprised she ate a pretty big helping. I was so happy to see her eating something because the leukemia made her sick so often. Precious memories of her. 😥

    Don't worry about taking a break. Everyone needs some time off.
    We would much rather miss you for a few days than you get burned out and stop all together. ❤

    it'a amazing how many types of beans you can buy canned in the US . Here in France you can get only white beans, red beans and lentils

    You had me until you said hominy…..I’m a southerner but my mom made me eat it as a child…..to me, it’s not a good taste…I’d leave it out and use the rest! It looks good! It’s dried corn soaked in an alkali (lye). EASTER? Ummmm….I’m confusilated…..have a good weekend guys…..we’re going to have a high of 38 for the next 10 days….I’m going to visit you in GA! ❤❤❤

    Literally just bought the same aggressive garbage can (Costco). Have same issue with it hitting the counter. Moving it away is good, but it slides back with use. Solution: cut a pool noodle to same width and put it between can and cabinet 👍 Fixed!!

      @LittleHillHomesteadGa  16 днів тому +1

      It’s so aggressive! We’ve had it for like a year and it still gets me daily. I have thought about a pool noodle.

    I'm confused about the Happy Easter comment at the end. It was posted an hour ago (January 4th)? Am I crazy, or maybe the video was made a long time ago and just now posted maybe?

    Please please please.... Wash your hands after touching chicken. Maybe there is no concern but I would not want to encourage handleing raw meat without washing.
