I know we have been in and out what seems like a hundred times with the motor and transmission but I have decided to take out the 4l80e swap and go to a built 4l60e. In this video we are fixing a few issues and installing the built flt 4l60e and circle d billet converter. I also am not sure why but the fitment of the map sensor in a fast 92 mm intake is terrible. It needs to be secured and doesn't have a way to do so. I show you what I did to make the work. I thought about relocating but it didn't work out. Once I secured the map in the position I added a new set of intake gaskets and reinstalled and torqued. Then in with the new flt transmission. We have more to go but it is finally going together to stay hopefully. I hope for it to run in the next month or so. Hit the Comments and let me know what you think.......

I have the MSD Atomic intake, I’ve pulled it off about 5 times in the last 2 years. I’ve become an expert on the removal. It’s pretty easy now. Lol. The 2 rear bolts on each side come off pretty easy when you use a single rubber band or hair scrunchie around the 2 bolts. That creates some tension that keeps them from falling back down. Simply slide the band down the bolts while you pull them up.
Yeah I generally use tape but with the cowl out it seems like way more room

How do you like the Midwest Chassis front clip?. Foam on my bumper support has seen better days as it's getting fragile. I was thinking about picking one up. Especially for the ease of mounting an intercooler.

i think i got to the dipstick tube bolt from the top..should be able to reach around the back of the head and put the bolt in.
No chance doing that unless the wiring harness is out
@TWAMotorsports might have done it with the header out on that side.

Only advice is make sure you have lock up in the trans when tuning 😅
