I know Nnoitra is a total dick but he’s also kind of underrated because he’s the first person we ever see to have a prolonged fight with Kenpachi without his eyepatch (Ichigo’s fight was short and he had plot armor)
The way Kubo hyped Ulquiorra's power throughout the entire Arrancar arc really made his Resurrección reveal moment one of the best scenes in the entire series.
The hueco mundo arc remains my favorite in the sub version simply just cause of the way they pronounce every single Spanish word 😫 nothing more satisfying then hearing “Lanza del relámpago” or “Cero Metralleta”
Such fond memories. Am I the only one hoping they add some “fillers” to the anime so it doesn’t feel rushed compared to the manga? Maybe Kubo finally had some time to perfect his story.
I would love it if they were to let Kubo tell the story the way he wanted to originally and go at a good pace. It would be great to have things more fleshed out and actually explained.
Shunsui Kyouraku is actually considered by many to be the 3rd Most Powerful Captain behind Yammamoto & Aizen with him having the same preference not to fight that Starkk had. They were destined opponents, although I agree Lilynette's death (when the wolves disappeared) was sad.

Kyouraku on the otherhand is crafty yet somewhat lazy & even when fighting Starkk didn't want to use his full power. Both of them were above average captains in terms of power & skill & it was never clear which was stronger.

sefp what are you talking about harribel’s is barely a change but I can agree with you with Barragans but Starrk definitely gave more trouble to the captains than both Barragan was took out by Soi Feng and Hachi Harribel was taken out by Toshiro at first and got saved by that big hollow than Aizen took her out Starrk beat Rose and Love almost pushed Shunsui to bankai till he got saved by Ukitake. If anything Starrk gave the captains the hardest time

For me: Murcialago Arrogante Fornicaras Santa Teresa I was disappointed with Coyote Stark. I expected something much cooler, more powerful and threatening.
