Thank you for taking the time to make this video, I've just carried out a service on my peugeot expert van, I can change oil and filter fine but thanks to you I managed all the other filters. Cheers
Old video but thanks for doing this. I do all my own servicing but struggled to find a guide for this van (I’ve never owned something this new). Thanks
Perfect - many thanks - I can confirm that this is exactly the same for Peugeot Traveller 2.0 BlueHDi 180 2018 model….. I appreciate that you can’t add to title . Great vid
Hi guys, first of all thank you a lot for this useful video-tutorial! I've a Peugeot 508 2015 with the 2.0 BlueHDI 150 HP, is this tutorial viable also for that model? Thanks in advance!
Thank you very helpful But what about the rare cabin filter? Is it possible that you do another video for changing external timing belt? And another important thing how to check and maintenance the turbo?
You’re welcome! What about the cabin filter? Sorry I don’t understand. It’s unlikely I’ll get a video for the timing belt on this vehicle but if I do do it I’ll record it. I don’t think there are any maintenance procedures for the turbo.
Thanks for the video, really helpful. I'm going to service my own Dispatch from now on. One question for you. I have warmish air coming from the left hand side of the cab and cold coming from the drivers side. Is this a blocked matrix? I'm going to flush the radiator first to see if that gets to the matrix and unblocks it.

Hey, thank you for your great video. It helps me a lot. 👍 One question. Where is the blower motor located, respectively how can i get to him? Near the cabin filter? or from outside, under the front window?
Hi Karsten, I wouldn’t know without looking at a diagram but it’s likely to be accessed through the lower part of the dashboard inside the cabin and it’s likely to be near the cabin filter on most cars.
I have the LH drive version, so I believe the cabin filter is behind the glovebox. I was able to remove the five obvious screws, but not sure how to proceed from there. Do you know if there are hidden clips?
Just got this same van so this has really helped me,you have not listed the correct oil to use would really appreciate advice, also is it not easier to buy service parts direct from citroen or do they charge the earth
Hi, thank you, glad to help! The garage I use used GM Dexos 2 which covers the requirements of most cars on the market. Find your local auto factors, the majority will still deal with you even without an account and they'll give you a choice of suitable oils.

Thank you mate
Thanks so much
Thank you very much mate for amazing info .
Which oil did you use ?
Thanks Michael. GM Dexos 2 rated oil, it covers most of the cars on the road.
Thanks a lot! Very helpful! :-)
Glad to help Sindre 😊
Are u happy with the plastic sump ? I have older model and people say they built them better earlier.Whats your view ?👍🇬🇧
I can’t comment in terms of build quality but they certainly make the servicing easier!
Who start cold engine at 2500 rpm ..?🤔
Does anyone know the oil capacity for the 1.5hdi blue in a 2019 dispatch ?

I have the same problem, common issue on these vans. Blocked matrix. A flush sometimes works.
excellent video.
Thanks Andrew!
Very helpful thanks

Hola. este motor es igual al AH01?
The fuel goes from outside to inside so the “dirty” fuel never enters the system anyway.

Hi Fred, sorry I couldn’t comment on the left hand drive I have no idea. I hope you got sorted!
Merci pour votre tuto.

One question my friend ! What type of oil did you use ? 5w20 , castrol? Liqui moli?
5w30 Dexos 2 or C3 rated oil. It’s just the stuff the garage use on anything it’s compatible with.
TOTAL Ineo First 0W-30
👍

Top video 🎉
Thank you! 👍
very well done👌
The oil ?? Plz
Thx
Black oil immediately after change ... uff.
I've never seen otherwise on a diesel even when using engine flush beforehand.
Wear some gloves mate
Great Video and very illustrative…thank you so much.
Thanks and glad to help 👍
